Robert was on-time, knowledgeable, and honest. Did a thorough inspection of chimney in my attic space, and made sure it was structurally sound. He did not recommend any further unnecessary work and gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. Rare. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Robert George Benfield, the owner, serviced my fireplace. After he left, I noticed a situation & phoned Mr. Benfield. He began to argue with me about the condition in a very unprofessional & disrespectful manner. He lacks customer service skills. I would not use his service again or recommend him to friends.

Every question I asked was answered, they didn’t try to get me to buy anything. They told and showed me the problem, gave an honest and fair quote and completed the job. I’m impressed! First Matt I Remember his Name because He Educated Us That is Against Federal Law to Disrupt The Nest of the Birds We Hear in Our Chimney,We Didn’t Know That So .So He Has to Wait .Please Sent Us Another Survey ,Once He Come And Clean and Put A Chimney’s Cap ,We Will Tell You How We Felt ,Ok ? He Said they Have to Get Out First!

The technician came days earlier as when another customer cancelled, I received a call asking if I wanted to take that customers spot. Technician was hired for a clean and inspect, he found needed repairs during the inspect and was able to repair then and there with material he had in his truck, there was no need for a second appointment. I would highly recommend!

The gentlemen were courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company. They did the job quickly and completely cleaned up afterwards.
