Do not hire this company if you expect them to follow up on a faulty roof. I had them install a new roof, do some gutter repair and some aluminum wrap. Initially, there was a leak that they repaired. The roof has a ten year warranty. Seven years after the installation, I had leaking. I called and practically begged them to come look at it. I even made two appointments for Omar, the owner, to come look at it. He never showed. I am so disappointed that a company that was recommended to me and I thought was reputable would so totally ignore me and the warranty that was written at the time of installation.

Absolutely top notch company. Very professional and effective communication and follow thru with every aspect of the project. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

We chose Patriot Roofing after meeting with Omar because he had a military background and we are a military family, so we trusted that he would have integrity. His bid was not the cheapest we recieved, but after talking with him, we decided to go with him on the condition that he replaced a single window of ours that had been damaged at cost. He agreed and signed a contract saying as much, so it really seemed like the ideal fit. We paid a little extra to support a fellow service member and he agreed to help us out on the window. Though communication about the installation of the roof left something to be desired, we were happy with the quality of the roof and how quickly the job was completed. Clean-up of roofing materials was poor. We are still picking up rusty nails around the yard months later (perhaps the fact that they did the "clean up" after dark with flash lights could have been the issue). However, the real issue we have with Omar is that he never followed through with the window installation. He sent someone out to measure the window, told us that it had been ordered, and we never heard from him again. My husband and I have been calling and emailing him for months. His secretary promises that he'll return our calls right away and still nothing. Obviously Omar agreed to install a window in our house at cost so that he could secure the roofing job. He clearly never ordered the window and has no intention of ever doing that job (despite having signed a contract with us that includes the window). Had we known we were dealing with a man with this little integrity, who can't even be man enough to answer his phone and at least admit he was not honest with us, we would never have gone with him. If you want an okay job done on your roof, poor communication throughout, and someone who will ignore a contract once he's collected the big roofing check - go with Patriot Roofing. The roof will look decent and you'll be picking up nails for a few months, but we can honestly tell you that Omar is not a man of his word or a person of integrity. Most importantly, from the perspective of our active duty family, it is downright embarrassing for someone of his character to leverage his prior military service for business. If you are looking for someone you can trust to get the job done, communicate with you, and have the integrity you'd expect from retired military, go with anyone else. The company did a great job on the roof; the price was great, they showed up on time and did a fantastic job with the roof. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Installed architectural shingles and new ridge vents.  The crew was on time and did a great job at cleaning up.  The finished roof looks beautiful.  New seamless gutters and gutter guards were also installed.  Overall great job, very satisfied.

I called to have an inspection and left a message but never received a call back.  Eventually had someone else do it.

First they did a roof inspection then replaced all the flashing around 2 chimneys. It was leaking around the flashing. I had seen it after they were finished and it was absolutely wonderful. I had some other people come do some work and they even said it was the best flashing work they have seen done. Their quality of work, professionalism and they stayed right on time. They were a little bit higher end but that is because of the work they do. They are a veteran owned business and I am military so I generally use veteran owned businesses. They are very good at their trade. I would give them an A+ overall.

I got 5 bids from other roofing companies, most of who were on Angie's List and were given great reviews.   I called Patriot roofing and left a message and got a call back within 15 minutes from Omar and scheduled an appointment for the next day. 

I first need to say that I was in roofing when I was younger, and before anyone came out, I measured my roof so I would have at least some estimate on how many squares the roof was, give or take 1 or 2.   Well after getting the 5 bids, and narrowing them down to 3 that were giving me the same quality of materials, work and warranties, it was easy to make the decision to go with Patriot.  Omar was right on the money with the square footage of the roof being exactly what I measured.  The other 2 companies were 5 to 7 squares more, and swore by their measurements and needless to say several thousand dollars more.

Not only being honest and not trying to inflate the size of the job, his crew did an excellent job, worked from first light in the morning to close to dark, were neat, courteous, and cleaned the area thoroughly.

It went fine.  Scheduling was fairly easy. They sent out one technician and he was professional. They put on some new shingles and did some other work. However, I had to have someone else redo the work.

The service provided was excellent. The final price was exactly what was quoted. The quote was also over $1,000 less than the next closest estimate. The workers were excellent, very courteous, polite, and hard working. This was a two day job that started at 7:00 am and went till dark the first day and was done by noon the second day. When they left, the cleanup was excellent. I actually had to tell them to leave because they wanted to help move my son's toys back. I will certainly be calling Omar in the future for other jobs. I would recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Roof inspection was done promptly and thoroughly. I was aware of a leaking skylight and desired particular attention to that area. Skylight was replaced later by a great team. Per the Big Deal, $100 off was applied to the replacement.

He wasn't here for very long, no more than 15 minutes! Overall, it was okay. He was very polite, but he was very quick. He didn't provide me with any information regarding the status of my roof. He did seem a little put off from the longer drive to my home, but I had called them before I purchased the Big Deal to make sure they would service my home and they confirmed that for me. He definitely didn't seem interested in coming back out for potentially additional services. In the end, he did do what I asked him to do and was courteous. He wasn't rude, just disinterested.

It turned out pretty well. They did a fairly good work. We probably would not use them in the future because we definitely had better service with others.

They came out but since it was raining, they had to come back. While they showed up as expected, it took several requests and a couple of weeks to get the report. By then, if work needed to be done, I wouldn't have hired them to do it.
With my daughter's inspection, I never even knew they came out, but did receive an apologetic email from the owner that he was out of town and forgot to let me know they had completed the inspection. My daughter is disabled and rarely leaves home, yet she never saw whoever inspected her roof, nor did they let her know they were there.
Very nice and polite, but I think overwhelmed by volume of people taking part in the $49 roof inspections.

I purchased a Big Deal for a roof check up for $49.00. He showed up on time, he was super friendly and honest. I like that he did not try to sell me anything extra. He did some caulking and a very thorough inspection. He explained everything very well to me about what needed to be done and any preventions I needed to perform, even explaining the anatomy of the roof for better understanding. I will definitely be using him again in the future on my own home.

Everything went well. I called Omar regarding a quote he had given me a month or so ago and told him I was ready to have the work performed. He sent out a crew the next day. They tore the old roof and flashing off around the problem area, replaced bad wood and sealed it all back up nice and didnt leave until the job was done. No leaks so far.
The company was prompt, professional and did a really good job from start to finish. I would use them again without a doubt.

They came out when they said they would. He was punctual and knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly. It was a very good experience. The price was reasonable too, compared to other companies I have used in the past.

The contractor, Mr. Omar Emilsson provided a detailed proposal (1 of 5 mid. price) in writing. The crew arrived about 7:30 a.m. Monday (cold) morning. They were very professional laying out tarps to catch all of the old roofing and protect the property. Removed all the old shingles and plywood.

Installed the new plywood, GAF underlayment, architectural shingles, flashing, and ridge vents.

The crew did a great work, were very courteous, and did excellent clean up.

My wife and I are very happy, and would recommend to all.
