"Ryan came out right on time. He is so friendly and competent. He fully inspected our very high chimney and came back with some excellent suggestions for how we could save our fireplace and continue to use it with wood or gas, in addition to fixing our leaking chimney. He had a bid to us very soon. We signed and he ordered the specialize cap. As soon as it came in, he scheduled our installation. It just happened to fall on the hottest day of the year. Our old chimney cap had been sealed and resealed many times, so it was hard to get off, but Ryan persevered with a cheerful attitude. Soon it was off and our beautiful new cap was installed. Then he finished repairing and resurfacing our fireplace. The work was immaculately done. When it was over, he informed me that he had reduce our bill below what he bid it because he did not have to spend as much time on our firebox as he had thought. When does this ever happen? What a guy. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor (and I am 62 and have owned about a dozen homes)."

The technician did and outstanding job with all services. I requested and received a written inspection report which is necessary for the sale of my home. "Wow, this is the best, quickest, and most professional service you can ask for.... Precision Chimney came out within about a hour after we contacted them early Saturday morning.  We had a fly problem we noticed coming from the chimney.  Once Precision arrived they quickly located a dead squirrel in the chimney, removed it, fixed the cap at the top so no more squirrels could fall down the chimney again, and cleared out the chimney all within about 30 minutes.  Wow, now I get to enjoy the rest of my Saturday because of the great job done by Precision.  Man you can't beat the price only 149* 30% off= 105.  I have used other chimney services in the past but I will not make that mistake again.  Precision is the chimney service I will use as long as I am a homeowner.  GREAT JOB and I highly recommend them to anyone.

"The whole process went perfectly.  Trey came right on time to give me an estimate on the new roof and a detailed outline of what was to be done.  I had asked if the roof could be done before the end June if at all possible and it was done 10 days after I signed the contract. Mr. Bevins sent 5 men who laid a tarp around the house, tore off the old roof shingles, laid new felt, and installed the new shingles and ridge vents, and cleaned up the debris---all in one day.  The next day two men came to finish reflashing and sealing the chimney.  They also ran a magnet around the house again to clean up any stray nails.

"I had my roofing completely replaced, the roof power fan replaced and a new chimney cap installed. I live in a gated community where they are very particular with any exterior finish work and require the thicker dimensional shingles. The crew came promptly and worked to near completion on my large two story house. They cleaned nails and roofing debris around the house before they left the first day. The entire site was cleaned meticulously after the job completion on the following day.
They replaced some damaged wood and did a complete inspection of all areas to identify problems. All boots were installed with metallic material and painted black to blend in with the roof color. The project cost was excellent and the terms easy.
The roofing looks spectacular. I had no issues even though a severe thunder storm with high winds and rain hit  the very next day for an immediate water tightness check."

"First they did a roof inspection then replaced all the flashing around 2 chimneys. It was leaking around the flashing. I had seen it after they were finished and it was absolutely wonderful. I had some other people come do some work and they even said it was the best flashing work they have seen done. Their quality of work, professionalism and they stayed right on time. They were a little bit higher end but that is because of the work they do. They are a veteran owned business and I am military so I generally use veteran owned businesses. They are very good at their trade. I would give them an A+ overall."
