Service was prompt and professional. Leon was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing. He put down cloth and cleaned up the area when he was done. His service recommendations felt genuine and honest and I did not feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. I was told my furnace flue had collapsed, the chimney needed redoing and the heat shield lining another contractor out of Glen Burnie did was still not complete after two tries. Plus when they put the new damper on they allowed for water leaks. Leonard did an amazing job. ACE Hardware recommended him to me. Three other contractors gave me estimates and NOT A SINGLE ONE HAD gotten it right plus they were estimating as much as 12000 or more for the repairs. Other chimney contractors based their estimates on worst case scenario and tried to make the job as big and expensive as they could. NOT Easter Sweeps. He based the estimate on what was ACTUALLY needed and had good solutions to the issues other contractors had created. I am so happy with the work he did and it was 1/6th of what the other contractors were trying to charge me. Honesty and good quality go a long way! Thank you.

Excellent service and timeliness.

Great work and response time. We hired another contractor to do various work on the house including ordering a custom chimney cap and installation of the cap. Contractor installed the chimney cap that looked questionable, cheap, and came in a store box (not custom). Easter Sweeps verified it was not installed incorrectly, not to code, and just covered one flue not all 3 chimney flues. Our suspicions were verified by Easter Sweeps. Easter Sweeps replaced the chimney flue with a custom chimney cap. Highly recommend Easter Sweeps!

Fast, easy, solid quality and service

Leon and his team are genuine professionals that have extensive knowledge of the industry and it’s history. Leon knows how to get the job done the right way without short cuts, yet still manages to work fast and efficiently in completing your project. Upon completion they cleaned up all debris and returned the room as it was; looking as though they were never there. Not to mention, they are just plain good people that are kind and easy to work with. Easter Sweeps is now my first call for anything chimney related or the like, and I greatly look forward to working with them in the future.
