"Technician stated you had a bird inside dryer vent . Which is not a normal cleaning and he had to get more tools to clean vent properly . Only thing should be in a dryer vent is lint, not any birds or nesting . Etc."

Bobby was a great tech and solved my problem quickly. He was nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. We have a gas fireplace that hadnâ t worked in years - turns out it just needed a good cleaning. On inspection, Bobby pinpointed to problem and cleaned it. Itâ s great having a working fire place again.

We paid what we felt was a fair price for the work done. They did schedule a date and time for the work that we had not been asked about beforehand, it just happened to work with our schedule. The mason was also much later than the appointment time, which also fortunately worked with our schedule. He did call to say he was running behind, but was finally at the house later than his estimate, even. He was still finishing work on our chimney when it was almost dark outside.
