They were a good company. They were timely and came and did what they said they would do. We had no problems with them. Their pricing was fair.

Everything was great.  They showed up on time and were completely done by late afternoon.  They also did a great job cleaning up the roofing materials.

I decided to use them because of good reference. Some of the neighbors had used them, and they had good work. We had a little punch list. The owner was very good. After the roof was put up, there were a few little things. He was very responsive and fixed everything. With regard to price, I had three quotes and they were all close. The pricing was competitive, but it wasn’t outstanding. The quality was very good.

It went well. Their price was fair. I was very happy with them.

They were awesome, they were great. They were on time, and they got everything done professional, and when they left, it felt like they were never there. They had cleaned up all the nails and everything.

Repaired a leaking roof.

They removed the roof and they replaced it. They also replaced the wood trim that was wrapped around the roof too. Workers were prompt in the morning and had the old roof off in about 2 hrs. There was extensive wood rot to the fire resistant plywood, but they handled it like professionals. Because so much wood had to be replaced they barely got done before the sun went down but someone from the company came out the next morning to make sure my property was cleaned and clear of all debris.

Tony Littles was very responsive and professional.  The work was completed in less than 2 days.

The owner came to our house, gave a thorough look at our roof, and gave us the lowest estimate we'd had, even using the best materials.  They showed up on time, did a nice job, and cleaned up well.  Highly recommended!

It went well. There were several cancellation due to rain. They called several times to inform us that they would not be coming due to rain but then show up to do the work without notice. The workers did not inform us that they might need access to electricity and were about to hook up a neighbor power source without permission, but then stopped because they didn't need it. We were perturbed about that when we informed about it. Because we certainly could have made arrangements before anyone left the house.

eltThe entire job was done while we were out of town.  This was our 2nd home, and we picked the color shingles and gave them a key to the property.  Since it was raining on the day they were to install, they put the shingles in the garage.  The next day, they installed the roof.  My associate went to the house that afternoon, and they were almost finished.  They cleaned up the debris and hauled everything away.  I had previously hired them to replace a roof on my apartment building, and so I was already impressed with their work.

I had a good experience with them.  A couple nights before there was a big wind storm and they fixed the additional damage for no charge. They did what they said they were going to do and I did not have any problems. They showed up when they said they would. They worked around my hectic schedule and came out when I would be home.

The guy showed up without a ladder. He walked around the house(on the ground) and then went into the attic for a look. He said they will reschedule and come back with the right ladders another time to look at the roof. This never happened. I called two more times to try to make it happen. In addition, I got a quote to fix some rotting wood just under the roof by the front door, but since these guys did not come back, it obviously was not fixed. Extremely disappointed.

Very professional and rapid completion of the job. The clean up was excellent and there was NO sign they had even been here, except for a nice new roof. We have lived in our home for 26 yrs. and iit is over 100 years old. The roof improves the look of our home.

I had my roofing completely replaced, the roof power fan replaced and a new chimney cap installed. I live in a gated community where they are very particular with any exterior finish work and require the thicker dimensional shingles. The crew came promptly and worked to near completion on my large two story house. They cleaned nails and roofing debris around the house before they left the first day. The entire site was cleaned meticulously after the job completion on the following day.
They replaced some damaged wood and did a complete inspection of all areas to identify problems. All boots were installed with metallic material and painted black to blend in with the roof color. The project cost was excellent and the terms easy.
The roofing looks spectacular. I had no issues even though a severe thunder storm with high winds and rain hit  the very next day for an immediate water tightness check.

It went well. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed without any complications.

Their gutter guy put some gutters on my house and I was not impressed with that so far. Three of them already topped off. They didn't do that great of a job. When I did have a leak in the house, I had to call them like four or five times to get them to come over to repair it and finally, it just got to the point where I just said to heck with it and I decided to get somebody else to do it. Their guy never called me. I waited for him all day. They did a beautiful job on the roof. I was impressed with that but if anything goes wrong, they weren't so good. They did an excellent job doing the house. They cleaned up but I didn't think it was that great because I ended up with three flat tires from nails. Other than that, they were very courteous and everything else. They did fine. I was happy with it. They did show up with the wrong shingles and started putting them on and thank God I was there that day and stopped it. I'd recommend them to somebody else with the portion that once they're done, it may take you a while to get them back to repair anything. They were pretty good on their prices.

This one started out really badly and we thought we were being low balled by the coupon only to find that the actual price would be very much higher.   We were also worried about the comments about the low quality of shingles on the ridges and the probably lack of any warranty.   We had not planned to give them a very good review and had decided to call someone else to do any actual work.
However when we got a call back the following week that they would be out that day if convenient started things off on a different foot.   The young man who did the work on the roof spent a lot of time up there and gave us a description of all that had been done.  He also went above and beyond our expectations in doing several other small repairs.   The additional charge was probably reasonable considering what the first man had discussed as usual roof repair estimates.   Apparently our roof is steep in a few places.   He charged us a little less than the full fee for an unwalkable roof.  We felt that they had redeemed themselves at the end and were happy with the result.   Purchasing the special was a very timely thing for us and we were glad we did it.   I think perhaps some of the problem was that the first man didn't realize in advance that we had the special even though I showed him a copy.
Overall, we are happy with the work and would probably call them again for roof problems.

I bought the big deal and did not notice the section that stated that if the roof was not walkable with a pitch greater than 6/12 there would be an additional $175.00 charge.  After the service was completed (and the technician had walked the entire roof) it was pointed out that this fee would be due because my roof was 12/12 pitch.  I felt like it was a bait and switch.  I began to wonder how many people's roofs fall into the 6/12 category and whether this is the average pitch of most roofs.  I would think that for the extra $175.00 the inspector would have needed some additional equipment.  Nope, not the case.  I have a cape cod style home and I am sure that very few if any of this style has the required pitch to avoid the additional charge.  It would probably be better if he gave some examples of homes that would or would not (on average) fall into the category of "walkable".  This is the second big deal I have purchased and I wasn't thrilled with the first one.  Lesson learned on my part.  Read the fine print before I purchase.  Oh, and I still haven't received the estimate of additional work needed.  You would think that for $344.00 that would have come lickety split.

Overall it went very well. We needed a touch up and the representative came right back out to the house and ensure that the area of concern was taken care of in a very prompt manner.

Did inspection & show areas that needed work.

Work was completed on schedule, at a resonable price. All work was subcontracted. Couple of months later, noticed a leak in a bathroom, called Aapex, requested they investigate the problem. The representative came out, made a slight adjustment and corrected the problem. I was very satisfied with the completed work.

Everything went very well. The roofer was not able to show up on time due to a previous job.  I found this out once I called my contact at the company.  Besides this slight inconvenience, the roofer let me know when he was 30 minutes away, so that I could do other things throughout the day (instead of just wait), which was very nice.  The roofer was very pleasant and very fast.  He even took photos of the condition of the collars before and after he fixed them, since I obviously was not able to get on the roof to inspect.  The price should have been higher, but the company went with what was originally quoted to me before actually seeing my roof (again, very nice!).
