He described a very simple job and said he would call back the next day. Weeks went by. "The first time he was supposed to come to look at the roof he did not show up.  When he did come out - I was not able to be there but I let him know that in advance.  He did not really get up on the roof and look at the issues becuase he stated there was a hornets nest on the gutter, so he did not get a good look at one the places we have a leak.  The other area by the chimney he stated there was a football stuck up there that was trapping the water and causing it to leak into the house.  Even after he removed the football we still had the leak.
