They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They have cut back heavy overgrowth in back yard, trimmed lower tree branches, removed and graded our back porch area and installed new bricks where needed, built a brick path from the patio all around the back to the front stoop; they will do some bathroom upgrades; some electrical work.
