"I have been meaning to share how wonderful XtraCare Landscaping is for some time. It was raining when I took photos, so I will update with photos from a sunny day when everything is dry (and a fresh coat of mulch is down). We cannot say enough good things about this company and their teams. Top Notch customer service and care. They are experts and professionals at every stage. They were extremely responsive and understanding whenever we had questions. This is our second time using XtraCare for a patio. We had a small flagstone patio installed at our previous home in Maryland. It was beautiful, and they guided us through each step, including going to the stone quarry to select the exact stone color, size & shape. We were extremely happy. We since moved to Northern Virginia, and after getting several quotes from local companies here, we were not feeling a comfort level for the design process and customer care with any of them, as we were spending a good amount of money on a much larger patio, this was a big deal. We were not sure if XtraCare would come to Virginia, but since we had such a great experience, we gave them a call and were thrilled to be able to work with them again! We instantly felt comfortable with the process, and knew we would have a beautiful patio, that would last. They guided us through each step with patience, attention to detail and understood the vision we had for our outdoor living space. We wanted a mixture of textures and ability to have different zones of functionality, including an area for trash storage and deck boxes tucked away, as well as a fire pit and pathways. We are beyond in love with our new outdoor space, and look forward to making many memories entertaining and enjoying it with family and friends. I will add that my parents used them for a small stone landing and some stone retaining walls around their trees and garden beds, and also had a wonderful experience. We can't thank the XtraCare team enough...Cleber, Mari & CJ, as well as their hardscape & landscape crews. They exceeded our expectations each time. We would recommend them in a heartbeat, and will be using them again as new projects arise."

"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

"Working with Matt and his crew was such a pleasure. Not only is Matt a genuinely nice person, but he was also very quick to return my call for an estimate and was very reasonably priced. This was in stark contrast to all the others I had contacted about the job. Once the weeks of seemingly never ending rain stopped and they could get to work, Matt and his team completed the project in a timely manner. I found it quite refreshing to see Matt standing on my roof himself removing rotten wood! It seems to be a rarity when the owner of a company actually works on a project. It shows just how much he cares about the work they do. Matt was very flexible, and agreed to do additional jobs at the last minute, including securing the gutters and installing a new sliding glass door.  The icing on the cake was when he and his guys hung a gate we had difficulty hanging ourselves. I showed him our gate, and within seconds, heard a lot of buzzing and hammering outside. Before I knew it, they had made modifications to the door, had it hung, and in perfect working order! Hooray for clever carpenters! The paint job looks terrific, and we are thrilled about our new doors and working gutters! What a great team. They were all very professional.  I would not hesitate to call Matt for any future projects we may have, and would most definitely recommend him for your home too."
