They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. "We are so happy with our newly expanded patio. Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When it turned out that we were going to have to make some additional changes, the change in pricing was very fair. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. Can't say enough positive things about Best Lansdcaping - 5 star high quality construction and 5 star communication and customer service!"

"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it! We unearthed an old patio which had sunken down unevenly and was directing water toward the foundation of the house. Rigo worked with us to come up with a beautiful solution. Not only did he fix our drainage issues but he also did a wonderful job pouring a new patio. We had many concerns but Rigo was calm and helpful and never seemed frustrated with how difficult we were being. He was also very reasonably priced. We're 100% satisfied with his work and recommend him for concrete projects... Even small ones which you thought you could take care of yourself."
