We unearthed an old patio which had sunken down unevenly and was directing water toward the foundation of the house. Rigo worked with us to come up with a beautiful solution. They have cut back heavy overgrowth in back yard, trimmed lower tree branches, removed and graded our back porch area and installed new bricks where needed, built a brick path from the patio all around the back to the front stoop; they will do some bathroom upgrades; some electrical work.
