"We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."

We unearthed an old patio which had sunken down unevenly and was directing water toward the foundation of the house. Rigo worked with us to come up with a beautiful solution. They have cut back heavy overgrowth in back yard, trimmed lower tree branches, removed and graded our back porch area and installed new bricks where needed, built a brick path from the patio all around the back to the front stoop; they will do some bathroom upgrades; some electrical work. Reuben and his team do it all AND clean up after themselves! 5+ rating absolutely."

They were not my cheapest estimate but I chose to go with Steadfast. Miguel didn't try to sell me the highest priced solution but what was right for my house. I really appreciated how they worked with my wife and I to arrive at the deck and patio that worked within our budget and looks of our house. Grover built our deck within two days and it turned out great. Joel and team did a great job installing a patio in a yard with a severe slope.
