"I signed a contract in January 2016 with First Impressions Hardscapes to extend my patio this year.  The work was  done in March In setting up the frame they drove a stake in the ground and broke a pipe in our underground sprinkler system.  When the  technician from the sprinkler system can to turn on our sprinkler they noticed that one area was not working.  Upon investigation they discovered that the pipe was broken. I called First Impressions Hardscapes and advised them of what had happened when their people came to extend our patio.We took pictures of the broken pipe and sent it to First Impressions Hardscapes along with a copy of the bill I received from the sprinkler company.

In May I contacted First Impressions Hardscapes but there was no response.  I contacted them again in early June and still no response. 

On June 21st I again contacted the representative of First Impressions Hardscapes and was told the request would be passed on to the billing department.  The company, in my opinion was refusing to reimburse me for the damage they incurred until I advised them that I was going to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List.  I received an email on June 22 stating that they would pay for the damage.  To date I have not received payment.  I will not recommend then to anyone.

My finished project is a retaining wall (3 feet tall by 40 feet wide) and a patio (12x24 feet) with beautiful pavers on both. The landscaping around the wall and patio was just what I wanted with river rock and plants. He transplanted the young trees that I wanted to keep and helped me pick out plants for the rest of the project. I had not imagined including lighting, but Elijah suggested it, and the lighting is beautiful. I also had a walkway installed that matches the paver patio style. It all looks so great, I am very happy with it. I highly recommend Cassella Landscaping. Elijah and his team were such a pleasure to work with and the finished project looks amazing."

"I strongly recommend MCI Contractors for any garden work you need. I have had 5 contractors work on my homes each for 3 to 7 day contracts. By far, MCI Contractors was the best experience. There are several reasons why. First, the contractor (Max) and his crew were extremely easy to work with. When I had any questions, they immediately answered them. When I disagreed with an approach they were taking, they always said "Sir, whatever you want." None of the other 4 contractors said anything like that to me. Second, Max and his subcontractors are very diligent and timely. Even though I did not ask them to do this, they started working on Memorial Day!!! Every other contractor I worked with would always look for an excuse to delay the start of their work. Third, Max and his crew exceeded my expectations. I simply wanted my backyard garden transformed from (honestly) a weed garden to a patio with stone pavers. Before Max and his crew started their work, my backyard garden was the worst in the neighborhood. Now it is the best! I did not not anticipate this at all. It is all because Max wanted to do the best quality work for my family!"
