"Most other services I called for a repair of my non-working gas fireplace wanted to inspect my firplace, clean the firplace, check the fireplace to give me an estimate, etc. None of them would agree to just repair it without doing things I did not need done. They quoted anywhere from $99 to $325 to clean, ispect, etc., but no commitment to repair the log fireplace. Conde Tech Services was the exception. They quoted $250 to clean the logs and the enclosure and repair the non-working fireplace. Eddie was the technician. he spent close to 3 hours meticulously cleaning each element of the logs and the enclosure, replaced batteries, and got the logs to fire up again. He was also an excellent communicator and focused on repairing things, not rushing to get out with a quote for future services. Good man, Eddie."

"The day after Thanksgiving I noticed a leak in our HVAC room.  I suspected it was the main sewer/water line to our house.  Every use of a sink, toilet, shower or washing machine basically overflowed into the basement.  DB Plumbing came out that same day and fixed it.  The plumber came around 7 p.m. and worked outside in the pitch dark (and cold) to unclog our pipe.  Okay, he had a small light with him but keep in mind it was dark, cold, after 7 p.m. and a holiday weekend!  I was really happy DB Plumbing came through for us.  Other plumbers weren't available until Monday!
We also bought an annual contract from them ($197) that gives us priority calls, annual checkup and a 25% labor discount.
