"The pilot on our water heater went out and we were unable to light it. Because we have a gas water heater we wanted to be on the safe side so we called DB's. It was a Saturday when we called and they were able to come out on Monday. The technician was extremely nice and professional and provided us with some good information about our water heater. Last year I was purchasing my Mom's house as she had passed away. A week before closing the HVAC unit went out. They came out and a day later I had a team of people replacing the system. I have natural gas and pay a monthly fee instead of paying a huge amount the months usage spikes. This new HVAC system is so efficient that I had 4.5 months where I didn't have to pay a bill because I ended up with a large credit."
