SUMMARY Jeff and his company arrived on time, however their customer service and demeanor were very rough and unprofessional. Jeff would openly yell and swear at his brother, insulting him and telling my wife and I to ignore him. Careless and sloppy work. CLEANLINESS AND CARE They did not wear booties or put down a mat or put a lot of care into protecting our home while working. They left loose screws around, put their tools directly on our appliances, scratching them. We had to ask them to put down a towel or something to protect our belongings. UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR At one point, while working on our outdoor spigot, Jeff was yelling at his brother and pushed him into our outside AC unit causing it to jostle around. We were afraid of damages. Jeff has no problem bad mouthing previous customers and being confrontational. QUALITY OF WORK Jeff knows what he's doing in practice and years of experience. I don't think this outweighs his and his workers' professionalism. The placement of the hoses from our laundry room sink were awkward and nonsensical. Ultimately will not hire them again.

Problem was not resolved 100%. Didn't do any caulking around faucets. I had to buy one did my own.

I was having trouble getting anyone's attention on my septic pump issue until I found Greenacre. They fixed my problem, no problem!

Yes, all repairs were done on time on same day.

On the positive, they were very responsive initially and showed up the next day. I also liked Joe, he seemed nice and knowledgeable. On the negative, our water problem was not fixed, despite Joe spending ~3 hours working on it and assuring us that it would be fixed going forward. He also took off all of our faucet filters, ran to Home Depot to get replacements, bought the wrong sizes, ordered new ones, and told us he would be back the next day to re-install. He then came up with an excuse as to why he could not come every single day for the next 10 days (10!) before I finally gave up and hired a different plumber. To recap, our water problem was not fixed. Our faucets, which had worked previously, now no longer work. Joe is not responsive, and I do not think is ever planning to return with our parts. I feel like they just took $200 from us without any return on that money. Very frustrating experience, would not recommend to anyone.

All Joe and Charlie had to do was replace my faucet without doing any damage. They did show up and replace the faucet, but in the process, they switched the hot and cold water connections, they dropped some metal in the disposal, and they broke the mechanism that connected my washing machine to the faucet. They came back the next day and fixed the problem with the hot and cold water and they fished the metal out of the disposal unit. Joe said he ordered a part to repair the washing machine connection and it would arrive in 5 to 10 days, but it never arrived. I called them repeatedly until I eventually gave up. And Charlie peed in my toilet and didn't flush.

After dealing with a few other contractors that were hard to reach over a two-week period, I found Jeff on the internet. He and his helper came by and inspected my old water heater. He told me I had the wrong water heater, and it was installed incorrectly three years ago. After negotiating a price, I had a new water heater installed in a few days. Jeff is very knowledgeable and an old-school plumber. He even came by a few days later to help with a low water pressure issue I've had for a few years. I highly recommend Greenacre Plumbing.

Greenacre Plumbing replaced pipes under the sink and snaked out a drain. I found them to be professional and reasonably priced in their services and would definitely use them again.

Jeff and Co. replaced 2 sinks for us and I am very pleased with their work. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Jeff made sure I understood the work that was being done. I would hire them again.

They did a good job. They caused a mess with water I had to clean up but the team was funny and we all had a good laugh.

Very responsive and willing to work with me. I had a drainpipe leak in my basement which was causing water across the basement whenever we ran the washing machine or dishwasher. They came out and assessed the job on a Tuesday and by Thursday they were done. Their team and customer service were really responsive to my scheduling needs and they got the job done fast at a very reasonable rate.

Greenacre Plumbing was very responsive and made an appointment quickly for some outdoor sump pump repairs before we had more rain and more basement flooding. Jeff, the owner, arrived with his assistant JJ and quickly assessed the problem and gave me an estimate for the work. He had all the parts and finished the work quickly. He gave us an estimate for future work and we will be hiring them again to do it in the next couple of weeks.

I needed my gas dryer hooked up. So I went on the Internet and found this company. I read some reviews that weâ re not positive but I decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. They came over within a few days and within 30 mins The job was done. Jeff was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Donâ t believe everything you read because I had a great experience with this company.I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

These guys came over to look at my water diverter tub spout leaking issue in my bath tub. They got it fixed before giving me an estimate to fix them and charged me way high than the actual fix cost. It took only 2 mins to fix it but got charged for two person effort. Since they got it fixed and charged the high cost. I was forced to pay the amount since I can?t ask them to unfix it. If they would have told me the cost to fix it I would have told them no for this fix. Not worth the price. Very unhappy with the cost.
