When he arrived, he was carrying shoe covers, which was much appreciated. He inspected the chimney and found that it was not ready for a cleaning. Rather than charging me, he just asked me to call him back when we are ready to have it cleaned. He was extremely knowledgeable, explaining tricks for how to get the chimney to vent better given the size of the fireplace. He even played with our cat. This experience really stood out as great, start to finish. If you need someone to inspect, clean or repair your chimney, I strongly recommend Bryan and his team at Bethesda Chimney."
