Sixpenny Chimney Sweeps did a fantastic job servicing my gas fireplace. They were thorough and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They also did a comprehensive walkthrough of all my appliances, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their chimney or fireplace serviced.

I first contracted Sixpenny for an animal removal issue in our fireplace/chimney. They were able to get a technician out within 2 days (which was great, the smell was awful!). They cleaned and deodorized, and inspected the chimney and told me it was not safe to use. I called them again to make the repairs, and again, they were able to get a team out within a few days. Katherine listened to my concerns and was able to work her magic to get a team out sooner than expected. They completed the work in one day! She kept me informed every step of the way. Follow up was great, service was great, craftmanship was great. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for getting my fireplace safe to use, and for the excellent customer service!

The gentlemen from Sixpenny Chimney Sweeps were very friendly, professional, patient and honest. They were quick and clean, wore masks and shoe covers. I high recommend them!

They did honor the workmanship they did or the warranty written in the receipt. Also did avoid taking care of my issue after five days.

The customer service was excellent. They kept me informed as to when the technician would arrive. David the technician was very thorough and patient when he explained the results of the inspection. He was also the one to return and do the repair to the prefab fireplace panels. David did an excellent job with repair and clean up. He also explained the use and care of the unit as well. WIll definitely use Sixpenny in the future for maintenance of the fireplace.
