"They were prompt they came when they said. Turned out there wasn't much to do. It's no slide on them, but I discovered from them that I will probably have to get the heat pump replaced because it using the older Freon that is being phased out due to global warming so were going to have to use a new system that uses the new gas. The quality was good. They were definitely on time. I actually did call them back because I want to get an estimate to replace the unit."
