Michael was very professional from initial call (rapidly after requested on-line) and set up an appointment immediately. He arrived on time. He took a look at both fireplaces and diagnosed the issues quickly. He provided estimate on the spot. He ordered new logs--and when they were available, he called and again again arrived as scheduled. He was 100% focused on the job and finished it quickly--and deliberately. With caution. gas fireplace would not ignite. Mike inspected and cleaned all the components which returned it to work in condition. Very honest â did not try to sell us unneeded components, repairs, or even a new fireplace. He is one of the disappearing class of honest and reliable and Skillful tradesmen. I highly recommend him.

He also spent time teaching us all about our fireplace and how to properly use it without rushing the process. Did a great job, works and looks great

the man who came was the owner. He was bery professional and knowledgeable and thorough. He told me what he was was doing as he went along and explained more efficient ways to run my gas fireplace.

Quick response time and came out the next day. Ended up having to pay more than intended (no fault of the company, previous owners did not upkeep fireplace) but to have the issue fixed by a professional AND have a detailed cleaning of the unit, it was definitely worth it.

It is always a pleasure to watch a professional. This gas fireplace expert knew within a few minutes exactly what was wrong with our logs and proceeded to efficiently correct the problem and to bring our fireplace to like new condition. He explained clearly exactly what he was doing and why. He worked neat and left everything clean as a whistle. If you have a gas fireplace issue Mr Livingston is the man you should call.

the actgual job was to clean and do maintenance on a vented gas fireplace. The guy was very thorough. He cleaned a wasps nest out of my outside vent and corrected a venting problem inside the fireplace. He explained everything he was doing to me as he went along and then he cleaned it until it sparkled. He also gae me some hints on running it more efficently. I am very pleased with the work he did and will call him in the future.
