"Louis and his partner we very professional and thorough. They initially put down drop cloths to protect our floors and nearby items. The precisely installed the insulation to match up with what was already on the walls. I had 1 area that we could not clear out completely due to some heavy shelving, and they worked around the shelving and still did a great job. They ensured the new insulation was mounted correctly and attached well with the insulation that was already on the wall. They also fixed up with tape some adjacent pieces of insulation to make it look much neater. When they were finished to thoroughly cleaned up where they had performed the work. "This guy called promptly to schedule an in home consultation and came promptly the next morning. I received a courtesy call from him saying that he was running 10 minutes behind schedule. When he got here, he was friendly, he evaluated my attic and determined that no insulation was needed. I tried to push him a little to say that we might need a little more insulation up there since that particular room gets colder than others but he insisted that adding insulation wouldn't help.
