"The crew that originally came out were very efficient and friendly. They finished almost everything in the time that was stated. The only thing with them that I was concerned with was that they keep asking me what they were supposed to be doing. They knew that they were supposed to doing insulation but didn't have the details. And when i told them that I would have to go back to my paperwork they said that they would call the project manager. On the 3rd day they needed to do one last thing to an outer wall but couldn't do it because it was too cold and they were concerned that if they tried to remove the siding it would crack. They left on a Wednesday telling me that someone would contact me to come back on Saturday to finish the job. Fast forward to Friday, I get a few missed calls and then text messages saying that they had a crew in the area that wanted to come by in 30 mins. I wasn't home but finished up what I was doing to meet them at my house. When they get there they don't even know what the job is that they are supposed to be doing and don't have a ladder tall enough to reach the area. So they decided that they could do the job from the inside and said that they would need to drill a couple holes in my closets to fill the wall with insulation. They were very admit that that the holes would be repaired and the drywall fixed and painted and that someone in the company would call me and a crew would come out to do the drywall repair. So they do their part and leave. After they leave I realize that they put 6 holes in my wall. Not what i was expected but they did a decent job on plugging the hole back up with the piece of drywall that they removed. I waited for someone to call me about fixing the drywall but they didn't call. So after a week of waiting I called the company to ask about it and the mold remediation issue I was having (more on that in a sec). They seemed unaware on the drywall needing to be fixed and said they would send someone out to look at both things. A few days later someone comes out. They were unaware of the drywall repair but were there to look at the mold issue. Now about the mold issue. I will get back to the drywall in a min. So I paid for them to spray something on a strip of mold that we had in our basement and was told that after it has been sprayed that it would like nothing was ever there. Well after them spraying it twice it still looked awful. The wood looked but as black as before they came. So when these guys came to look at it they said that there was definitely no mold there. the problem was with my wood. So much for it looking like nothing was there. Now i have to hire someone else to sandblast it or something. So after these guys looked at the basement they said that they would look at the drywall. They look at it and are like "oh, i don't think we have the materials on our truck to fix this but I will take a look". They did have the materials and would tape it and mud it but weren't really experienced in drywall repairs but they knew enough to do the job. I should have stopped them right there but I thought it would be okay. Well once the mud dried I could tell what an awful job they had done. I will have to either try to fix it myself or hire someone to do it. And I probably should have called them back again but I am really tired of them sending me people that don't know what the job is before they get to my house and are not prepared. Only getting a C because the first crew was decent."

"Louis and his partner we very professional and thorough. They initially put down drop cloths to protect our floors and nearby items. The precisely installed the insulation to match up with what was already on the walls. I had 1 area that we could not clear out completely due to some heavy shelving, and they worked around the shelving and still did a great job. They ensured the new insulation was mounted correctly and attached well with the insulation that was already on the wall. "This guy called promptly to schedule an in home consultation and came promptly the next morning. I received a courtesy call from him saying that he was running 10 minutes behind schedule. When he got here, he was friendly, he evaluated my attic and determined that no insulation was needed. I tried to push him a little to say that we might need a little more insulation up there since that particular room gets colder than others but he insisted that adding insulation wouldn't help. I think others might have tried to get some work out of the visit, but not these guys. I would recommend them based on their honesty, fairness, and integrity."

"Mark rearranged his schedule so that he could priorize our house following the completion of a process called soda blasting that is used for mold remediation. As a result ,he was able to clean the ducts immediately following the completion of the process which is important to prevent the further spreading of the cleaning product into other areas of the house."

"I called Evergreen Electric and setup an appointment for the next day to perform what I figured would be a couple small jobs and to receive an estimate to run cable into new rooms. The original appointment was delayed because of a power outage on another job, but speaking to Josh on the phone, he was willing to come by as soon as he was finished even though it would have been well into the evening. I told him the following day would work fine and we rescheduled the appointment.
Josh arrived the next day and examined our situation. Our house is nearly 40 years old and it turns out the problems were much deeper than I thought. Josh crawled into the attic and rewired the junction boxes that were not just loose but had previously been wired incorrectly. He also spent well over an hour attempting to diagnose why our breaker was tripping without much of a load on it. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting. He replaced the breaker with a higher amp version and the problem is fixed, but he also indicated there is likely more faulty wiring running through the attic buried under the insulation and someone should come back to assess the entire electrical system.
Josh was very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. After spending about 2.5 hours with us, I was expecting a large bill. I was very pleased when he told me he would only be billing me for one hour.
About 30 minutes after he left, we noticed that a light in the hallway would not turn off. I called to report it and Evergreen responded immediately. Josh came back right away and fixed the problem. He even replaced the light switch free of charge. It is nice to see a company that stands by its work and acts so quickly when something is wrong.
