Royal Painters thinks that when you offer a discount, quality does not matter and the customer should be content with a job poorly done with carelessness on top of it. When what you are hired to fix is poorly done and can be noticed with or without lights on, it is still a job poorly done. When you paint and do not cover cabinets and appliances and paint subsequently drops on them, it is carelessness. When you are contacted to touch up your poorly executed job, regardless of discount. Instead of being rude and thinking that is being picky. You should just do the job right from the beginning. In summary, if you want an interior job done right, with all the professionalism it requires and pay with credit card, don't go with Royal Painters.

"Contractors beware of this customer. He will be offended by anything you say or do. He will first literally beg you to charge less money for his projects . Claiming he cant afford this and cant afford that. Then after he pays you and say what a good job you have done, He will call you days later to complain about what you charged him, say you didnt do a good job. And ask for some of his money back."

I had Royal Painters come and paint my front porch and awning. They also painted a window sill. I was very happy with the porch and window sill. As far as the awning, I had thought they were going to fix the wood underneath but they had just painted over it. But otherwise, they did a good job.

Very unprofessional, extremely poor quality, shabby work, I regret ever using them. What made it worse was the bad attitude they had when you tried to get them to rectify the mess they made. I am really surprised that they have good reviews on here because of their poor quality work and bad attitude do not go with any of the good reviews.

"Very disappointed with this customer review job was completed months ago customer begged for every discount, every possible low price she could get from every portion of her project. Slum lord who just gained access to the property she owns and neglected for as long as she owned the property just collecting rent and ignoring the property. The project was completed in less time than promised. Completed work that she was not charged for went through a two-hour walk-through with her and a friend her friend disagreed with every complaint she made and he was supposed to be on her side which made her angry because she knows nothing concerning paint."

"Contractors beware this client had cabinets that was decades old and we completed his project they said they loved it and because the customer didn't know how to put his hinges on he was drinking the whole time we were there, and he couldn't get them right so he wanted his money back from us because he messed up his project don't take him on as a client they are a nightmare."
