It was a tag team effort to decipher my computer issues, after Geek Squad failed me. I have two, side by side desktops ( don't ask). All my issues with internet, printing, connectivity were solved. It took over 4 hours, and efforts back at their work site, to solve it. The work was started on a Sunday, and, by Monday evening, I was in a better situation than ever before. I have subscibed to continuous ongoing support.

I am starting to lose my laptop screen & needed advice. David was great to work with! Very smart questions with useful suggestions which led me to a decision to upgrade my computer to a more professional level. He saved me a lot money, headaches & time! Fantastic!! I had spilled black coffee all over the computer key board!! David saved all of the programs, files, documents, pictures in the trashed computer and transferred all to a new 3 times faster than the old one. He personally showed me how to use the new computer and explained why some of the issues with the old computer (before the coffee spill) had occurred and he is still attending to some issues that I have . He is amazing!! I would give him one thousand and one stars for excellent beyond expected service! i highly recommend his service!

David remoted in and did a lot of diagnostic and clean-up work. He was super responsive and most of our work was done over a weekend. I'm fairly computer savvy so he made some suggestions that I attempted on my own because they're time-intensive, such as reverting to the previous version of the OS. In the end, ended up going with an inexpensive wifi adapter in lieu of pursuing a hardware fix (at least for now). No pressure to pursue a more expensive solution. I was a little worried about how the time would add up but David was MORE than fair, charging me for less time than I thought he was owed. I will definitely reach out again for future computer issues.

We are finishing part of our basement into a bedroom, but before the drywall could be put up, we needed our ethernet and coax cables to be reroute. David did an excellent job and took the time to make everything nice and neat. We will be sure to use him in the future!

The rep was very professional and knowledgeable. I was having issues with my laptop and I was able to get it fixed without having to buy a new one. I am very satisfied with the services that were provided by the rep at ProTech. I even signed up for a monthly maintenance plan so that I don’t run into any issues in the future.
