The installer was polite, answered all of my questions and was available to install/repair on the spot. He was finished in less than an hour.

Great job by Mike! He was able to uninstall my old overhead Genie unit and put up a wall mounted Chamberlain. He ran into several issues with the original door install by my builder and tackled through them.

Makei replaced the torsion spring, replaced the rollers and performed the maintenance. Great guy to work with, very friendly.

Requested work was completed (very expensive). Noticed the garage door was off track. Called back to set up an appointment to complete work. Theyve re-scheduled 3 times....all and no shows and My garage door is still out of alignment. Called customer service line. Perpetually stuck on "busy, please call back". I think this is a scam company. They will probably disappear once they've exhausted their business.

I hired NexGen to repair a broken spring on my garage door in August. They upsold me on new rollers and a tune-up. While NextGen called me right away and came out the next day, three months later the garage door broke again. This time it was the motor. As my husband tried to replace it, we found out the door was off balance. We had another pro come look at it because the door would not close and the upselling from NexGen did not sit right with us. The other professional agreed the spring installation from August was the source of the problem and got the door balanced, back on track and hooked up to the new motor - all on New Years Eve. So you could say we are not pleased.

They were very responsive and I liked that I could offset the price of installing a new door within a year with what I paid for the repair.
