After having an in person consultation with Florida Solar and Air, I had finalized with the sales representative the replacement of an existing impact window. The paperwork was signed and a deposit was taken via credit card. The following day, I was notified by the sales rep that the company will not move forward with the job as it was not worth their time and below their dollar threshold. They offered to do the job for a minimum dollar figure which was above the cost we had agreed upon. An alternative was to include an additional job to bring the total dollar amount to meet their threshold which was beyond what I had budgeted and what we agreed upon. I requested a refund which I am currently waiting for but needless to say the company left me stranded and seeking an alternative. This is not the way to conduct good business especially after an agreement and a deposit had been given.

They are responsive, professional, great customer service, and their products are top quality. Patricia who I have been in contact since I got my quote, answered all my questions. She was always available from day one until the city inspection.

I am an info and detail oriented person. Everything from sales consultant Ivan to office staff with permitting and scheduling was spot on, and stress free. Installation was fast, clean and the project manager Tony was on top of every detail. I met several roofing companies and FSA was not the cheapest but offered the best materials, warranty and payment options and I would highly recommend.

The project went very smooth. we received a call the day before to inform us that all the material was available and to confirm a start date. The delivery of our doors was on time and the installers arrived as scheduled. The installers, Greg, Carlos and Brian, were very courteous and did a very professional job. The areas were left clean and complete. The project manager Daniel came by at the beginning of the job and at the end and we spoke about the job and scheduled the final inspection right away. Sales person exaggerated their product, training & type of workers. After going over extensively how the roof was going to be installed, it wasn't done that way exactly., but they were quick, neat and communicated adequately.
