"Despite bitter cold and slushy/icy ground, the crew arrived promptly when they said they would. The foreman was polite and clearly explained what they would do. He answered my questions and they quickly got started. To my pleasant surprise, when 5 pm and darkness came, they stayed until they finished the job - including cleaning up! I am very satisfied with the work, the professionalism, and the cost. 10/10, I will hire them again for the next repair on my house."

He contacted a local dealer to help me find another door, but we ended up ordering one online. He was kind enough to put the old door back into place until the new one arrives and said he would not charge us for his time today. We will definitely have him return to install the new door! Dana is very skilled in working on/restoring older homes, and although our job is small, he has been very kind and willing to help us. He is a pleasure to be around, and even our dog, Ruby, loves having him here!"

Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
