Working with HGE was a refreshingly positive experience. All of their team members were courteous, straightforward, and responsive. The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
