I had a prior experience with another contractor regarding encapsulation of our crawl space. That experience was unfavorable and thus I was concerned about using another contractor for work in our crawl space including mold remediation and correction of the failed work with the earlier contractor. So far I am very pleased with this contractor whose work was well defined and completed in line with our agreement/contract.

The owner, David Meloy provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company. He responded quickly to my requests and they did a great job making the basement of our Lake house safe again. You won't be disappointed.

They removed mold under a very large crawl space and fully wrapped the crawl space, installed a dehumidifier, have come back come back and followed up a few times since. Work was done in mid 2011 and I just contacted him at 8 p.m. on a Sat. night March 2015 and he answered his phone and is coming in two weeks to install a meter so I can monitor humidity under the house. EXCELLENT SERVICE, Honest man, very avoidable.

Dave and his crew did a nice job. We needed some adjustments along the way and they were very flexible. I found cheaper estimates but these guys seemed to know their stuff, provided a final mold report, and a warranty that stays with the house. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Having to vacate our rental house the day before New Year's Eve with 3yr old and a 3 week old due to mold was certainly an experience we would not want to go through again! However, Bio-Remediation handled everything thoroughly and as quickly as they possibly could have to ensure our family's safety. We were soooooo happy to be back in our house even sooner than expected!

David was very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. He followed through on everything he said he was going to do and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Although it has been only a couple of weeks since he has done the job, my husband and I are very pleased with the results. Time will tell how well his treatment really works.
