The company as a whole was great to work with - from initial inspection, to scheduling, to the gentlemen that did the install. They were very thorough during the initial check of the roof and actively listened when I brought up concerns that a previous house inspector brought to my attention, and gave advice on multiple ways to address the concerns that would still fit within my budget.

I spoke with 3 Roofing companies supplied by Angie. Home Genius Exterior Company stood out because the agent that was sent not only looked at my roof, he asked to see my attic. There was minor issues but he looked.

I was very upset with the young man that came to my home. He came in a compact car, at night, in the rain to inspect my gutters. No ladder in sight. He kept wanting to go inside the home in the attic and I felt there was a motive behind that. I requested a.. PRO to come out inspect and give me a written quote for the gutters. He was no professional and I would not advise anyone to hire this company, or whatever it is!!

I will note I am a military veteran of 21 years and they gave me a "military discount" still a ove 3 times what I would have paid with a local roofer. I will give two stars only because they had the roof installed on the day they said. That being said, morning of the scheduled install date I gat a visit from the "project manager" who said he trusted the crew to so their job an he did not need to be there for it and he would come by later to do a walk though an make sure I was satisfied ( no card given). With how professional the seller was about a big company, I guess I was convinced it would go well. Then 4 Mexicans started work 3 of the four decided to relief them selves in my backyard and they left numerous things behind like 3 lengths of drip edge, 2 rolls of underlying material, 2 sheets of.ply wood, and a bundle of shingles. Then I get a text from the project manager of "Hey Mr. Bailey roof is done there is no way I'm gonna possibly gonna be able to get back Uber there to close
