"It went great. I have used Electric Solutions of Richmond three times thus far. I could not be any more pleased with the company. Joe (the electrician) is so easygoing and amazing to work with. It is great to be able to upgrade fixtures, fans, plugs, etc. in my older home knowing the work will be done right and at a cost that is more than fair. They are fast, efficient, and very affordable. "The job went smoothly and Mike was very willing to help us with other broken stuff (ceiling fan light fixture and fluorescent ballast) that was not a part of the original scope of work. He cleaned up after himself and gave us some helpful tips on our renovation.

"We were doing a bathroom reno. It's the second one we've done. In the first bathroom, we were able to replace our light, no problem. Not so in the second one. It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. This was on a Saturday. Called Davis & Greene's (we'd used them in the past) emergency number, left a message. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had a tech (Chris) out who fixed everything up and was very nice and professional. Needless to say, we'll just call them from the get-go next time."
