Contractor contacted me within several hours of initial call.  Following day, electrician came by and provided estimates based on the features of the fan we opted to use.  Unfortunately, this pricing came in a bit higher then I was expecting.  Several days later I came across a fan in a local retailer that met all my needs and was at an attractive sale price.  I re-contacted Cole Electric and asked if they would adjust their quote to cover just their labor and other materials needed to do the job.  They did this, readjusted their quote and performed the work a day later.

As before, the end result was excellent customer service, a willingness to work with the customer and a clean professional installation.  I was very satisfied.

"Mr. Barnes was extremely prompt in his responses and scheduling to come bid on the job and the very reasonable in his time frame to begin and complete the job (within 2-3 weeks).  He kept in contact with me on a regular basis and performed extra work I requested for minimal additional cost.  He was professional in all his interactions.  The majority of the work was patching portions of a ceiling and it is difficult to match sections of a smooth ceiling. The work was very good, but there were minor imperfections.  He quoted a price which included painting the ceiling as well which made him a better choice for me as it was one stop shopping.  I would use him again and recommend him to anyone for their drywall work.
