"If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!"

"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "A Home Renovation LLC (Owner: Javier) ​Overall Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars (DO NOT RECOMMEND) ​I hired A Home Renovation LLC for a porch renovation, which included a smaller, agreed-upon auxiliary job. While the project was completed, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to both subpar workmanship in highly visible areas and the highly unprofessional and belligerent behavior of the owner, Javier. ​Issues with Professionalism and Communication ​Javier is exceptionally challenging and argumentative to work with. His communication was defined by open hostility, sarcasm, and dismissal of customer input. ​Argumentative and Dismissive: He was openly hostile to basic customer questions and input. When questioned, he repeatedly reminded me that he had "been doing this work 10 years," using his asserted experience to dismiss any concern or design preference I had. ​Rude and Disproportionate: When I politely requested an itemized receipt, his immediate, disproportionate response was: "Jesus Christ you told me at my earliest convenience. I'm working on it. I've been busy." This established a tone of disrespect for the entire engagement. ​Excusing Poor Quality: When a flaw in the completed work was pointed out, Javier’s response was, "you get what you pay for," suggesting low quality was justified despite our agreed-upon contract price. ​Contractual Obligation Treated as a "Favor": He treated the small, agreed-upon extra job as a personal favor rather than a commitment under our contract. ​Critical Workmanship and Material Damages ​The structural work was adequate, but the final, highly visible details suffered from poor execution and damaged materials. ​Poor Workmanship: The final detailing includes uneven cuts and poor finishes in prominent areas. ​Material Damage: We noted several critical material damages upon final inspection: ​Cracked stair post tubing. ​The hand railing running down the stairs is badly scratched. ​A new white handrail has a noticeable black stain on the bottom. ​Conclusion ​Had Javier been willing to engage respectfully, I might have been able to overlook minor imperfections. However, his belligerent attitude, combined with noticeable flaws and material damage, makes this unacceptable. ​I now require that all noted issues, including specific poor workmanship and material damages, be corrected immediately or that I be reimbursed for the cost of professional repairs. Due to Javier's conduct, A Home Renovation LLC has lost any opportunity for future projects I had planned. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless you can handle the disrespect."
