I needed to have the steps to my deck replaced, along with the top cap on the railing. Rich rebuilt my steps and installed the railing in a morning. As I told him, the steps he installed are sturdier that the original steps on the deck when it was brand new. I've already asked him to give me an estimate on replacing railings and steps on my front porch. He shared some great ideas for improving the front porch and the overall look of the house based on the location and style of my home. I'm already thinking of other work that I've been procrastinating on because I couldn't find an individual/company I had confidence in. Also, the value Rich provides for the work done is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Flanagan Construction.

Rich does quality work and is an honest, hard working man. He came out to replace two of my rotted posts that support the roof over my front porch along with damaged deck boards. Upon removal of the railing I discovered that an additional post needed to be replaced and Rich had no issue procuring the supplies and completing the job on time. I will be hiring Rich again for future projects.

Rich was awesome to work with, I found him through a referral. He framed in an unfinished room in my basement and several closets. Rich was very easy to work with and went out of his way to ensure things were the way I wanted them! He help me coordinate with an electrician and painter, and kept communicating throughout the process. Two thumbs up for Flanagan Construction!

Rich was excellent to work with. He repaired siding for us, put on new siding from where our deck had been removed, replaced rotting wood around window sills, replaced panels, and took care of all exterior work that needed to be done on our home. He provided a detailed estimate, great communication, punctual, top quality work, and great customer service. I highly recommend him.
