Replacement wood laminate flooring did not match and is uneven.

"We are truly sorry to see that the customer is not happy with the job which was done a year ago. Although we tried to reach out to them to see if there is anything wrong with the installation after a year so we can take care of it with no success to reach them. We make sure at the time of the sale for patching jobs customer understands the new patching are will not be matched with the old floor due to age of the floor and fading. Here is the text message we found on record: ''''The wood is engineered and we have this color but new wood look a little different than old one because of fading."

The staff was on time and worked diligently the entire time they were here. They had excellent attention to detail and were able to answer any questions we had. We got two other estimates, well one other one. The third could not refinish handrails, and Floor Bay's was the best. I, as with others, read the reviews and they had a comparable price but the reviews are what made me pick them.

Couldn t have ask for a better experience! Right out of the gate, Sam suggested affordable, yet quality, luxury vinyl and carpet options which fit our needs perfectly. Blew the competitors out of the water! Installation was high quality as well with each flooring type completed in under a day each by true professionals. We will definitely be calling Floorsbay for future projects!
