"Russell and his team were great!  They arrived on-time and were very professional, knowledgable, and thorough.  They were also flexible, as we asked them to clean the dryer vent after they arrived.  I used an Angie's List coupon for the inspection of the units and the cleaning of the upstairs ductwork.  That seemed very reasonable.  However, I thought the cost to seal the mold on the corners of the insulation in the unit and sanitize the ductwork was a little expensive.  However, since Russell and his team were at the house already and were extremely professional, I went ahead and had it done.

Bleach isn’t the best choice to use while cleaning a refrigerator. Food absorbs odors, and bleach is known for its lingering smell, which can then lead to your fresh foods tasting off. Most people don’t safely dilute bleach, either. Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar.
