We would definitely hire MNM Carpe again. They were very responsive to my messages; were courteous; had dozens of carpet samples (various types, quality and prices) to choose from and did a great job with the installation, including moving the furniture and placing it back.

I’ve never seen anything like this guy. He called within 30 seconds of my request for a quote, offered to come out the next day, showed up on time, got the job done flawlessly. And the price was more than competitive! Hire him immediately.

We needed a section of carpet removed and gym flooring installed in its place. MNM was quick to respond to our inquiry, provided a fair quote, and did the work as scheduled and in a timely fashion. The price we paid was what was quoted, and we were happy with the quality of both the work and the cleanup. We would hire MNM again for future projects.

We are extremely pleased with all the work completed. We had some huge stains that we had attempted to remove with a home steam cleaner but our cleaner would not work. He removed all stains and even cleaned our stairs carpet for free. He was on time, at estimate, and did a great job!

I called MNM on Wednesday and he was available the next day -- which was very difficult to find during the holidays. He had an "A" Angie's rating so I figured he would be good. I was not dissapointed. He was here for a little over an hour and the carpet is back to looking like it did before the water damage. Very happy. His price was great and he did not charge me more than he quoted over the phone.

Mike, the proprietor, is not at all into the "hard sell." He doesn't tell you to replace things or do extra work if it's not needed. He was extremely helpful and patient in helping us pick replacement carpeting, bringing samples over, looking for discount on overstock that he might find somewhere, etc. Hopefully his patience paid off for him, as the original scope of work was expanded after the insurance adjustor came. His pricing for the carpeting, pad, installation and even steam cleaning was significantly less than other competitors. And he actually did the work himself (with the help of one assistant), so it's not like you have some sales guy and they send over some workers who don't know you, have never been to the place, and don't really care that much. Everything looks great.

Mike came out to our house and gave us an honest estimate for berber carpet sales and installation for our recreation room. On the day of installation her arrived on time and did a great job installing our rec room carpet and cleaning our upstairs carpets. We would definitely use hime again.

Mike and his crew arrived promptly on the morning we had scheduled and the workman moved all of the furniture and installed new carpets in my living, dining rooms and hallway; they even offered to replace most of the rug on my stairway with salvaged carpet in good condition from my living room. It looks great, then they spent almost 3 hours cleaning the rugs on my 2nd floor; it looks brand new. As they were leaving, Mike offered to clean our foyer area rug and install padding under it; this took them an additional 20 minutes and there was no extra charge for either the stairway or the foyer rug; the people at MNM are courteous and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of new carpeting and/or carpet cleaning. We are very pleased with their work. Paul Beauchemin

Overall the job went very well. Mike Naimi was great, he worked with us extensively on choosing the right carpet in our price range. He also rescheduled the work at our request. I would recommend MNM to others, they do good work at a reasonable price.

Mike was great. Gave us the cheapest quote around -- beat another one by $2400! He and his crew showed up on time and finished the job quickly. They completely cleaned up after themselves. My sister uses him now for all her rental properties and I have recommended him to others.
