"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

I explained that I needed a car for 6-8 people and they gave me a number of options. I requested a limo and they quickly processed my request and sent a confirmation the next day. They called the day before the wedding confirming all the information for the trip, and then texted me the morning of the event with the driver's name. Richard arrived at the pre-arranged meeting spot early and patiently waited as the rest of our group arrived. He was very polite and helped set up the music system with one of our smart phones for the ride. The trip to the wedding was uneventful, and even with heavy traffic the ride was enjoyable. At the church there was nowhere close for Richard to park during the ceremony so we agreed that I would text him at the end of the ceremony. As we left the church I got ready to text Richard, but he came pulling right up as he had stayed close and pulled up when everyone started to leave the church. While waiting for the installation, they were very helpful in keeping our old system running, coming out a couple of times at no extra cost to address problems that arose.
