I have never been so dissapointed in a service which I found on Angie's list. I retired on July 31st and I requested a limousine from Lisa's Elite Sedan and I was hoping for a very enjoyable ride with my family to my new home in Delaware. The pickup was first at my home to gather my family members and than to my office to pick me up. If I had been at the first pickup, I would have rejected the limo immediately and requested a refund. When I setup the limo service, I was sent a picture of the limo and it looked great. What showed up was a disaster. We took many pictures to show how bad a shape this vehicle was and would be glad to share them with anyone. The vehicle was so old, we were not sure it would actually make the trip. The limo smelled, the drinking glasses were filthy and it looked like they had rat feces in them. We had to stop and buy plastic glasses to have a drink. The air conditioning was not working well and the windows got stuck when we brought them down. The outside of the vehicle was in terrible shape where they had actually used tape to cover rusting and spray painted over the tape - very tacky. I called the service and explained my displeasure but they never returned my call. I can't believe Angie's List even has this service on their list! I am extremely disappointed and now question trusting the service on Angie's List. There were nine of us in the vehicle and all were questioning why Angie's List would allow this kind of service.

I recommend them without reservation. It wasn't cheap but when you're trying to get 3 kids, 2 adults and all the accompanying luggage to the airport, you don't want to be uncertain about when/if your transportation is going to show up and if all your stuff will fit. Lisa's came half an hour early and it was a HUGE SUV that easily fit all our stuff. It was also immaculate and the driver professional and helpful. When we returned, the driver was waiting for us at the airport with the big, clean car and just as helpful and professional as the first time. Excellent experience.

Have used the service several times now. It's just excellent. Absolutely reliable! If going with a party of several people it is even not much more expensive than the regular shuttle services (which I don't like because of bad experiences with reckless driving and not showing up on time) which charge per person.

If the initial contact is any example, I will be trying this company again, with ample time to schedule a pick up

The driver arrived in a large SUV (though we had discussed a sedan) because he thought we would be more comfortable in a larger car. He was polite and professional and helpful. The ride was nice and quick - and we arrived at Dulles without any problems. I will definitely use the service again and would recommend to others.

We had arranged for Mike to pick us up at 6:00am to take us to Dulles airport. The evening before Mike called us to confirm the time and was actually in our driveway a few minutes early which was fine. We asked how to find him upon our return to DCA. He said he would be waiting for us in the cell phone lot and to give him a all once we had our baggage. (He gave us his card with his information). Mike actually called us as we were on our way to the baggage carousel to let us know he was waiting in the lot. We called him as soon as we had our luggage and Mike was at the curb within a few minutes. It was pouring out but Mike had an umbrella to keep us and the luggage dry. Mike is friendly and extremely professional. His rates are very reasonable and he takes charges. (He emails the receipt to you immediately. We also appreciated the mints that he keeps in the back seat for his passengers. We will use Mike from now on and happily recommend Mike and Lisa's Elite Sedan

Picked us up and took us and 10 of our close friends on a Halloween evening dinner, drinks, mini pub crawl. Great service, driver was always close by and picked us up within 5 minutes with his land yacht in nutty Halloween traffic. Driver uses his GPS to get around which is not an issue however, if you have a better/preferred route, make sure you let him know and he will accommodate. Great service, professional, friendly and highly recommended. Thank you Mike.

I actually found them on Angie’s List. He is punctual. I used to use somebody else and I was always standing at the door looking at my phone, looking at my watch to see if he is going to show up on time or not. The driver for Lisa’s is generally at my house five to ten minutes ahead of time waiting for me.

Lisa's Elite sedan's did a great job. We rented a 20-passenger during the duration of our wedding to drive guests between the hotel and venue. Their price was the most reasonable of the quotes I received, the van was spacious and new, and they showed up on time. Although I booked only the van, the owner of Lisa's Elite Sedans also brought a black Suburban to augment the transportation of our guests, and drove it himself. It was truly above and beyond, and I was extremely grateful because I was so busy with everything else going on.

Michael was great. Very responsive. I asked a lot of questions and he took me seriously.

I made the reservation a few days before we travelled. We requested pick up at 4:00 PM -- when the driver, Mo, was not there at 4:10 I phoned Mike and just about that time the driver showed up. It turned out he was down the street! He had one digit off the address. This was not a big deal as we had plenty of time. But as we were on the way, Mike phoned me to be sure everything was okay and then insisted on charging us only half the cost for the outgoing trip -- very nice! We returned a week later, on time but it was nearly midnight. Mike texted me to confirm our arrival, and then Mo phoned when we arrived to be sure we were okay. We met up with Mo easily and had a relaxing drive home from the airport, no hassles! Definitely recommend these guys -- very clean SUV, great service, no hassles.

The service that they provided was good and we would call them again. The driver arrived at our home on time and we got to the airport with no problems. I would just recommend calling them a day or two before your trip to confirm.

Michael arrived exactly on time and took me to sign a lease on my new apartment, stopping twice along the way so I could buy a money order for the security deposit. He had memorized directions to the new place, which were complicated - we had no problems finding the place and he got me there right on time. Picking out my apartment and signing the lease took much longer than expected and he waited patiently for over an hour and a half. He then brought me home. This was the second time I had used his service and I was just as pleased the second time as the first. I had to reschedule twice and he was very pleasant about it - in fact he was very pleasant and professional in all our interactions. Even though it took longer than expected and even though I had to reschedule twice, he did not charge me extra. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

I contacted Lisa's Elite Sadan after reading the reviews on Angie's list. I contacted them via email and they quickly responded. I explained that I needed a car for 6-8 people and they gave me a number of options. I requested a limo and they quickly processed my request and sent a confirmation the next day. They called the day before the wedding confirming all the information for the trip, and then texted me the morning of the event with the driver's name. Richard arrived at the pre-arranged meeting spot early and patiently waited as the rest of our group arrived. He was very polite and helped set up the music system with one of our smart phones for the ride. The trip to the wedding was uneventful, and even with heavy traffic the ride was enjoyable. At the church there was nowhere close for Richard to park during the ceremony so we agreed that I would text him at the end of the ceremony. As we left the church I got ready to text Richard, but he came pulling right up as he had stayed close and pulled up when everyone started to leave the church. We loaded back up and headed to the reception. Our entire party had a great time and enjoyed the service very much. The Limo was clean and comfortable and Richard had loaded one of the coolers with small bottles of water which was appreciated on a hot day. Lisa's Elite Sedans made a day I was dreading for all the driving I was facing to a day we will remember for quite awhile.

They've done good by me and they certainly do make sure that I'm comfortable when I'm on the way up. They seem to be personable. The driver of Lisa's Sedan is actually a Russian by the name of Boris but he is a very nice gentleman and he is just very nice to work with.

After a beyond horrible experience with one of the Airport endorsed (shared) Van Services about a year and a half ago, I did not want to go with them again (or ever again for that matter!) and looked for an alternative on Angie's List. Michael answered my phone call and arranged the trip for the following day confirming it by text message right away after I had send him details like my name, address and pick up time in the same way. He himself showed up 5 minutes ahead of time in a big, clean car (with excellent AC on a above 90 degree humid day!), gave us all the time we needed to get ready, helped with stowing and unloading the luggage and gave us a very smooth ride to the airport. Michael has been very well mannered, friendly and helpful to us and we are extremely happy with his service.

Borris (the owner and one who took my call) was very nice and helpful over the phone in explaining the different party bus rentals. I rented a large capacity party bus for by 24th birthday to go to DC and back. The driver was super nice and even helped us carry drinks from our house and loaded them up in the bus. When we returned back to our destination we were all having such a good time, we asked him to drive around the block a few times and he happily obliged. The inside of the bus was very clean, the lighting was awesome and set a party/club atmosphere and the music system was very good. We had a great time and I will be requesting pricing from them when me and my fiance get married next year. Thanks Borris!

I sent them an email and they got back to me the next day. The quote was around $118. They seemed nice. They are a little expensive for the type of the service compared to others. They got back to me on time. They were very responsive. They got back to me quickly.

They were great. They confirmed by phone before we event again. He texted us when he arrives and we confirmed by phone call where we need exactly and there we work.
