I have never been so dissapointed in a service which I found on Angie's list. I retired on July 31st and I requested a limousine from Lisa's Elite Sedan and I was hoping for a very enjoyable ride with my family to my new home in Delaware. The pickup was first at my home to gather my family members and than to my office to pick me up.  If I had been at the first pickup, I would have rejected the limo immediately and requested a refund. When I setup the limo service, I was sent a picture of the limo and it looked great.  What showed up was a disaster.  We took many pictures to show how bad a shape this vehicle was and would be glad to share them with anyone.  The vehicle was so old, we were not sure it would actually make the trip. The limo smelled, the drinking glasses were filthy and it looked like they had rat feces in them.  We had to stop and buy plastic glasses to have a drink.  The air conditioning was not working well and the windows got stuck when we brought them down. The outside of the vehicle was in terrible shape where they had actually used tape to cover rusting and spray painted over the tape - very tacky.
I called the service and explained my displeasure but they never returned my call. 
I can't believe Angie's List even has this service on their list! I am extremely disappointed and now question trusting the service on Angie's List. There were nine of us in the vehicle and all were questioning why Angie's List would allow this kind of service.

I recommend them without reservation.  It wasn't cheap but when you're trying to get 3 kids, 2 adults and all the accompanying luggage to the airport, you don't want to be uncertain about when/if your transportation is going to show up and if all your stuff will fit.  Lisa's came half an hour early and it was a HUGE SUV that easily fit all our stuff.  It was also immaculate and the driver professional and helpful.
When we returned, the driver was waiting for us at the airport with the big, clean car and just as helpful and professional as the first time.  Excellent experience.

Have used the service several times now. It's just excellent. Absolutely reliable!
If going with a party of several people it is even not much more expensive than the regular shuttle services (which I don't like because of bad experiences with reckless driving and not showing up on time) which charge per person.

They were on time in 4AM. The taxi was very clean and the driver was professional. No problem with the trip

Arrived 10 minutes ahead of scheduled pick-up time. Provided smooth ride. No issues. Courteous driver.

The driver arrived in a large SUV (though we had discussed a sedan) because he thought we would be more comfortable in a larger car.  He was polite and professional and helpful.  The ride was nice and quick - and we arrived at Dulles without any problems.
I will definitely use the service again and would recommend to others.

We had arranged for Mike to pick us up at 6:00am to take us to Dulles airport. The evening before Mike called us to confirm the time and was actually in our driveway a few minutes early which was fine.  We asked how to find him upon our return to DCA. He said he would be waiting for us in the cell phone lot and to give him a all once we had our baggage. (He gave us his card with his information). Mike actually called us as we were on our way to the baggage carousel to let us know he was waiting in the lot. We called him as soon as we had our luggage and Mike was at the curb within a few minutes.  It was pouring out but Mike had an umbrella to keep us and the luggage dry.
Mike is friendly and extremely professional. His rates are very reasonable and he takes charges. (He emails the receipt to you immediately. We also appreciated the mints that he keeps in the back seat for his passengers. We will use Mike from now on and happily recommend Mike and Lisa's Elite Sedan

Picked us up and took us and 10 of our close friends on a Halloween evening dinner, drinks, mini pub crawl.
Great service, driver was always close by and picked us up within 5 minutes with his land yacht in nutty Halloween traffic.
Driver uses his GPS to get around which is not an issue however, if you have a better/preferred route, make sure you let him know and he will accommodate.
Great service, professional, friendly and highly recommended.

I actually found them on Angie’s List. He is punctual. I used to use somebody else and I was always standing at the door looking at my phone, looking at my watch to see if he is going to show up on time or not. The driver for Lisa’s is generally at my house five to ten minutes ahead of time waiting for me.
