"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"Everything went well!  They did accidentally bring the wrong equipment at first because of a paperwork mixup at the home office, but they corrected it quickly and even upgraded my outdoor heat pump unit as compensation for the mistake.  That did cause them to have to drive to the Lennox distribution center and back, setting the install completion back a couple of hours.  I guess for that I have to knock them on "quality".
But other than that, everything went smoothly.  They were professional and courteous.  They also called back the next day to check on everything and make sure that everything was satisfactory and to apologize for the mixup.

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"I closed the deal with Julian on late Tuesday night and the team was able to do the installation the next morning! Jesse gave me the details on the team as the ink was drying. They arrived on time first thing in the morning. Dan, Cal and Greg were a great team that stayed active all day. Seriously over 12 hours! They installed a new Hot water heater and an 18 Seer Lennox Heat Pump with Honeywell Humidifier and Honeywell Home Thermostats. My 17 year old system was tightly packed into the basement. I think the basement was built around it. They replaced everything...ducts, hoses, fuses boxes, wires and pipes. Everything was insulated and finally brought to code with new sensors and alarms. After working all day, they ended the evening cleaning up and taking me through the system in great detail. It has only been a couple hours but everything is running great.
