"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. "Paul and Andrew diagnosed that the back porch lamp had a rusted the socket.  They went to a building supply store, bought a similar fixture to the one that needed to be replaced, and were back quickly to install it.
They worked efficiently and professionally and were very personable.

As a new homeowner, I appreciated his attention to detail which pointed out several serious deficiencies missed on our home inspection. He found a rusted furnace flue, a hazard that could cause carbon monoxide poisoning, and “organic growth” in the humidifier. Additionally, he noted the buildup in our ducts that was blowing dirty air in our home. We had the duct cleaning already scheduled so we planned for his return after.
