"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed.
