The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. Ben came out and gave me an honest assessment. He addressed the problem areas and gave me my options in plain english (so to speak). The price he quoted me blew me away. Not because they are cheap but because he/they didn’t want to add unnecessary work and cost to fixing the problem. They came on the scheduled day to perform the work and banged it out with one of the most professional crews I’ve ever worked with. "Be very weary of their warranty. Their warranty does not stay with the property, but with the homeowner. If you purchase a home and don't transfer the warranty at a cost to you, you are out of luck. I'm a realtor and have several reputable foundation companies where the warranty stays with the property, as it should always be. Buyer beware. I can only imagine they don't get many warranty call because of this reason. They will not attend to their own services."

"We suspected that our home had some foundation issues when we noticed that our doors wouldn’t close properly, and we started seeing cracks on the ceiling and windows. We hired a structural engineer to do an initial inspection, and it turned out that our foundation had some settling and would need repairs. They recommended to us that we check out some foundation repair companies. We had four different companies coming out for an inspection and recommendations. Every company had their own style of measurements and repair methods. It was hard to figure out which method would be the best. This whole process was very scary and overwhelming. Then, Justin from Pinnacle foundation, had a completely different approach to taking measurements and assessing the issue. He also was the only one that took a ground penetrating radar inspection besides the structural engineer that we had hired, (this method is very important to figure out where the beams and piers would be installed). He helped us understand what each of the different materials and methods entailed, and he also wrote proposals for each of the methods. As my husband and I were looking over the estimates from Justin, more questions came to our mind, so we had to call him several more times. Each time we called he was extremely patient with us, answered the questions we had, and made himself available whenever we needed him. Kristen, the project coordinator, also made the whole process less overwhelming and helped us manage the paperwork. Adrian and the installation crew were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They worked very hard and did a great job. The entire company communicated with us throughout the process so there was no guessing as to what was happening. They understood our concerns and wanted to make sure our home was properly taken care of. We would recommend Pinnacle to all our friends and family."
