She offered a deep cleaning option and was true to her word. I had some bed sheets folded up on a guest bed & hadn’t gotten around to making the bed, and I piled up all my kids’ toys on a game table so they wouldn’t be in her way when she vacuumed. She made the bed for me, and put away all our kids’ toys in their toy cubbies. What an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Service was great!  Salesperson at the store was able to locate wood to match existing wood in the house and also helped pick out a carpet that worked to bring the colors all together.  She was able to come the next day to take the official measure.   She was prompt, thorough and very professional. 

The installation crew did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with the finished product.
