We had a great experience with HM! They acted quickly and with integrity. For example, they needed to cut into the wall to install the tub, which was not expected. Because of this they didnâ t charge me for the wall demo and repair. It was repaired perfectly.

The guys showed up on time with three fully equipped trucks and properly analyzed a complicated bathroom drainage problem. When the job was nearly done I asked about a cosmetic touchup on an exterior pipe and minutes later a rooftop pipe was painted to match the house paint. When the bill was presented I had to look twice as it was below my expectations! All three techs were affable and explained each step in detail. Highly recommended.

David was the technician the company sent out. He was on time, competent & efficient! I hate dealing with home repairs. He assessed the problem & explianed the repairs needed & cost. Should I have plumbing issues again I will ask for David! I would definitely recommend this company to my family & friends.

There workers did not appear to be very experienced. The problem was not fixed. They do tell you about the $60 trip charge that they tack on to the bill.

I know we resolved leaks at the upstairs lavatory supply lines but apparently there was still something else that you discovered later. They were fast and friendly, but WAY too expensive(a 30m job cost me 300$). Also the work was performed to bare minimum level, I had to finish the job. Will not work with again.

Very responsive and thorough. They identified and fixed a leak due to a broken pipe. Initially came on Friday afternoon, worked for 1.5 hours but could not find the source of the leak, they did not charge me for initial visit, but came back Saturday morning, found and fixed the leak.
