EFS recently completed a project replacing carpet with LVP in our game room and master bedroom. Erik, the vendor, was professional, offering competitive pricing. Though there were delays in product delivery, something that EFS has no control on, I appreciated the consistent updates. The implementation was top-notchâ friendly and professional crew, ahead of schedule, and they even addressed additional fixes outside the project scope. Highly recommend EFS for flooring projects.

we had a great experience with EFS Flooring. Everything was proceeded in accordance with the schedule explained at the beginning. The work process was very smooth, and the crew was showing up on time. we were kept in the loop prior to the next phase of the work process. After completion of each phase, we were requested to provide the feedback. Any potential issue/problem was being corrected immediately. we've been very satisfied with the service rendered as it was expected. Lastly, we found the service price very competitive.

They took their time to make sure we can find the best carpet that suits our needs (matching everything else in the house), great price and quick installation. Their guys came over on time, moved everything, installed all the carpets, cleaned up and done. Could not be more impressed

EFS flooring is the best!!! We got carpet flooring and wood flooring! Both came out excellent! Excellent job excellent team ! He finished the job the time frame that he promised. They work very clean. Their team shows up on time. In my house half of the floor was done with other company I want him to match the rest. My previous experience was disaster! He did match the floor. The color thatI pick doesnt match first, I ask his team re do with different color. Without hesitation they did send all and redo the stain and end up 100% match. Thanks to Eric and his team . I am very happy with His work! I highly recommend him !

Exceptional service and workmanship with great price. I needed to remove carpet in two rooms, install new solid red oak with hand scrape. Also, sand and refinish solid red oak in three rooms. I got estimates from several vendors and chose ESF Flooring America to do the work. In October 2023, ESF Flooring America completed the work on time. Erik was very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. It was very pleasant to work with him. Erik was always on time and paid attention all work details. He did some additional work to increase quality even though work was not included in the contract. What a great customer satisfaction! We had a small water leak from air condition pipe. He and his installation manager Jose were very flexible and they worked around my leak repair schedule. They were always on time and completed work without any delays. I referred Erik to one of my relative. I went their house on 11/02/2023 saw that they also did perfect job for them. They were also very happy with Ericâ s work. I strongly recommend them. I usually do not write long reviews but for exceptional work, I also make it exception and write a long review.

We used EFS flooring for replacing the carpet of our entire house in Allen TX. Eric was super helpful from the get go - gave clear carpet options and competitive price points based on our requirements. Once we picked a carpet type, he gave a clear contract, and project start and end date. His team came on the designated day and completed the task as planned. He later went over the warranty details and long term care of the carpet. Overall, a professionally well done job with with utmost focus on customer needs.

Erik was very responsive. He scheduled a visit on a very short notice to take measurements, show us the different carpet samples, and provide a competitive price. He was also able to schedule a crew within less than 24 hours. They showed up on time, replaced the carpet on a huge house the same day, and were very courteous. I highly recommend EFS Flooring America.

Erik was great to work with, he had the best prices and best overall offering. We spoke to him on a Thursday and he had his guys on site the next Tuesday to install it. Everything looks good and we will definitely be hiring him again.

The work and service were straightforward. They were able to match my existing laminate nearly exactly. They kept me informed by phone on exactly when they would come and the estimate was correct. The men were clean, fast, and did a great job on the floor replacement. They even took all the leftover mess, carpet, and other materials with them when they left. Can't wait to hire them again for my next project.

Erik and his team were wonderful to work with. I had specific requests and a desired timeline that I thought would be impossible to meet. EFS booked my installation the day I agreed to hire them and they finished EARLY! Erik was very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all my newbie questions. AND the floors that were previously installed in my new home had been discontinued and he was able to match them to something he had in stock. Very happy customer. Highly highly recommend!!

Excellent work ethics never wasted a minute of time on installation. Eric did a great job of convincing me that my selection of baseboard would of be the wrong choice. An overall great job is done.

I receive multiple quotes on installing new floors in our house. I worked with Erik and he walked me through the process and make a couple of recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of at all but absolutely improved the end project. He came in lower than the other quotes and explained the process better and what all would be involved. The work team was highly professional and efficient. Not only did they do a great job of the install and it looks great, after they were done they spot cleaned the new vinyl floor, then swept and vacuumed, and then mopped. I am very satisfied and would absolutely recommend them.
