The Tile Guy

Arrived on time every day and worked hard until the job was finished. Jason impressed me with his attention to detail laying out the tile and working with the pattern. He even booked matched the tile in the corners. Heis a perfectionist and it showed when the job was finished. The next day I noticed a flawed tile in the backsplash and called Jason to replace it. He said it was no problem and he would call me Back to set an appointment. I never heard back from him.

Jason and crew did an awesome job on our two shower stalls. He's very meticulous and cares about the finished product. We had a tight schedule to get our work done before we moved in to our new house and he started early and worked late to make it happen. Our glass contractor (who sees a lot of tile work) said Jason is "one of the good ones"-- and he was right. I would highly recommend Jason for any tiling project.

Jason was fantastic. He's meticulous and really focused on making sure everything was done right. His professionalism and confidence in his work was evident from our first meeting. What we wanted wasn't a problem and Jason made it happen. We would definitely recommend The Tile Guy for your project. Worth every penny as we now have a functional masterpiece which we can look at for years to come.

Jason was GREAT!! I can't say enough good about his work. He was always on time, his expectations of the cost were very reasonable and estimated time for the project was spot-on. He did meticulous and perfectionist-grade work in laying the tiles. Jason really listened and made sure he got all of the details right, which is very important to us since we had a bad experience with our previous contractor who laid the same tile in our office and did not lay the tile correctly. Jason also made sure he got the tiles very even and level which is great!! And Jason did not make mess in my house and cleaned up at the end of the project very nicely! All in all we could not be happier with our new dining room tile and I am recommending him to all of my friends and neighbors! We are planning to have all of our 1st floor tile replaced with this same tile and we will be hiring Jason to do it all. For reference: our tile in the picture was a 1/8" spacing and Jason did a great job on placing the tiles as wood flooring would be placed.

They took their time with the tile design and we are so very pleased with our new bathroom. They cleaned up everything upon leaving and that was greatly appreciated. We hired Jason and his crew to have the kitchen backsplash installed. They came to our house on time and did a phenomenal job. They were polite and finished the job as expected.

Jason was great, super pleasant to work with. Excellent communication and very responsive. He was able to get a crew of guys to remove our tile flooring within a day. His prices were very reasonable and the work done was amazing. We couldnt have asked for a better crew of guys. We highly recommend using Jason!

Arrived exactly on time for estimate and actual work day. Workers were clean and professional. They did exactly what was asked...quickly, efficiently, and very well done. The price was 1/4 what others had estimated and yet the quality was exceptional. I would definitely recommend The Tile Guy for his punctuality,quality, and excellent work completed.

Fantastic! Let me start by saying that we had a different contractor install the same exact floor tile around the rest of the house, and I wish we had hired Jason to do the entire job. He and his team were very professional and polite. They paid attention to all of the details, including a long list of items that my husband and I gave to them. They used the grout we wanted, even though they preferred something else and our grout was difficult to find. They placed the tile very close to the wall so that we could install baseboards without the 1/4-round trim. They undercut the door trim properly so that the tiles would be installed under the trim. They made sure that the long-format tiles were flat and level so that we had NO lippage between tiles. They paid attention to the tile placement so that our wood-look tile patterns did not repeat next to each other. They were not wasteful, and they used broken and chipped tiles where smaller/cut tiles were needed. I had them pop up one tile for me (because we are TOO picky about repeat patterns), and the mortar coverage on the floor was beautiful. They properly used spacers around all tile edges. They properly installed the grout - we haven't found any grout holes to be filled and there is minimal haze left on the floor. Price per square foot was competitive with the other guys, but slightly higher. In retrospect, Jason would have been worth every penny of the higher cost to install the tile around our house. We'll eventually get around to tiling the area around our fireplace and renovating our master bath. When that time comes, we will call Jason again.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job. They installed oversized subway tile in the shower and penny round tile on the floor. They were very attentive to the smallest details. They're probably the best contractors I have ever hired to do anything around my house.

Jason did an outstanding job again.  This is the fourth time that we have used him and he always performs the best job.  Not only does he have the best price, but his quality of work is even better.  All of his grout lines are symmetrical even when my back-splash did not come in full sheets and he had to piece everything together one by one.  Jason showed up right on time and left the house clean when he left.  I will definitely use him again and if you are reading this do not pass up the opportunity for Jason to perform work on your home as you will not be disappointed!  Being in the construction industry, I know great work when I see it-and Jason is the best.

Excellent!  Jason was on-time and very professional.  He stuck to his original quote even after seeing that additional work would be required (did not try to nickel and dime me).  Willing to pick up and correct mistakes from a previous contractor.  No extra charge!  Would highly recommend him to others.

I really can't say enough good things about Jason and his team.  Price competitive, talented and professional.  From the initial appointment to quote, until work completion, everything went like clockwork.  Quality work, considerate and service oriented...what more could you expect or want?

Overall, we were very pleased with the work, and there were no surprises.  Was there when he said he was going to be there, finished when he said he would finish, kept us in the loop on all key decisions that needed to be made, and went the extra mile to ensure my wife was satisfied with the job.

Jason and a helper showed up on time and repaired the tile area in a tub / shower in one of the bathrooms. 
This included the following:
- remove the tile and took the time to ensure that the tile could be reused as it could no longer be found
- removed all the water damaged area behind the tile
- installed a new wonder board backing
- re tiled the area using the existing tile
- grout and caulk and clean up
He did a really nice job and I would use him again for any type of tile work.

Jason was very responsive and professional.  He gave us a bid and upon agreement scheduled the work.  He and his associate were always on time or early, they were very neat and completed the job!  I changed the design mid job and they quickly changed the glass tile to my request!   We now love our kitchen!

BEAUTIFUL.....These guys are top notch....Highly recommend them , they were punctual everyday, put down protective cloths and cleaned up everyday....Extremely nice and polite...I will use them again..

Jason and his assistant did a first-rate job tiling our tub-shower enclosure. They arrived on time and completed installation the same day. They returned on the following day to grout.  The result was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They were punctual, highly skilled, and professional.
