I'm from the old school and choose to make decisions based on integrity and not cut corners to save a dime that may be at the cost of a life! Our employees are uniformed and respectful. We handle our customers with that old school courtesy tool. Electrical services completed to code. Honest Christian values. Have references going back 30 years and still customers today. Initially established by word of mouth, your referral is our best compliment. I thank GOD for the privilege of being born and raised in the USA and the honor of owning my own business since 1975 which is a tremendous blessing.

I have used Russ Electric for a couple of projects and they have been superior. Their workers are very knowledgeable, work quickly, do quality work, and work hard to get the job done. Russ Electric was referred to me by a friend of mine and I'm thankful he did! Russ, Matt and the team there are professional, get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and cleanup after themselves. We had an 'excellent' experience with Russ Electric and they worked with us on each item we needed done. The transfer switch was a large modification to the existing panel, but even the Richardson electrical code inspector looked at their work and remarked how nicely it was done.

They showed up on time. Introduced themselves and got right to work. Once they found where the power was shorting out, they offered several solutions. I picked the one that worked best for me and it was a better solution that what I received from the original installer. He updated all my switch boxes to new code requirements and was finished is half a day. It has been several weeks and I am very pleased with the work they did.

Russ came out to quote the service. Seemed nice and thorough. He provided a bid for the work and we decided to use the company. This was the last time I saw him. His team showed up on time and worked about 4 hours to complete the job. That evening when we attempted to use the back porch light, it was not working. We found all outlets on the wall were not working. We checked the panel and then called Russ. He said he would send someone out in the morning to look at it. One guy goes straight to my bathroom and one guy starts working on the issue. He says it’s the breaker and it’s bad. I said, weird because we checked last night and it worked before you did your work yesterday. He said no problem, let me switch out the $15 breaker. It was done in less than 30 minutes, just in time for the other worker to leave the bathroom. The other item I’m disappointed with is how the line was installed in the crawl space for the exterior 220. I paid the main $1100 invoice and a week later I get a new invoice for $133. I sent Russ a note and told him I was not advised of the fee and they were fixing something that was working before their job. Nope I had to pay it and he basically said it was my fault the breaker went bad. Another disappointment was how they left a wire draping over the crawl space. (for the new exterior 220 line). Very messy. It should have been tied to the beams.

Matthew and his helper were very professional even on a 100+ degree day in my attic running wires. They made quick work of it, and I was able to tie in my cameras myself, the same day! I have many more projects on my list for them.

It went great. It took me a long time to find someone who knew how to install a doorbell. Russ sent two electricians who knew exactly what they were doing. My job had some wiring complications so it took extra time. Russ's men stayed right through to the end, including getting the APP up and working. $250 seems to me a reasonable for two elections for 1 1/2 hours.

Great. They showed up on time, were extremely polite,knowledgeable and professional. They found short and were able to recommend a fix that did not require unnecessary digging or having to pull a line through conduit. I will highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

Matthew was punctual and very professional. He was also very courteous, even to his assistant. It was a very tight space to work in, but I heard no complaints. I was extremely happy with Matthew as a person and also with the professional work he performed. I would happily use them again.

I love working with Russ' Electric. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. I appreciate that they call ahead to let me know when they are arriving so I can make sure my dogs are out of the way. They answer all my questions and always clean up after themselves. They have installed all of the ceiling fans we replaced in our house and they made sure everything was safe (unlike the previous owners' electrician). I have recommended them to my friends and coworkers and I'll be calling them for all our electrical needs.
