"Overall a good experience. We like our carpet. Matches our house well. Customer service - -- My contact inside was great. Called regularly to check on us before during and after the job. -- Salesperson - good guy. Typical sales speech. He helped us get to our overall desired outcome. Installation -- furniture moving was kinda iffy at times but nothing was broken or destroyed. Make sure you prep before and stay with them to get everything moved back especially if you got a lot of stuff. -- They wanted to finish in one day so that moving the furniture base was at hurried pace. -- Installation went well. So far we are happy with the carpet and the installation. We do have some touch painting that will be required, but...I expected that. I would hire them again."
