It is hard to believe a once reputable company could handle my home recklessly and create more damage than they came to repair. They were hired to clean dust from redoing hardwood floors. Period. They sent a third-party team - without disclosing it - which somehow stirred up soot with their air cleaning machine. When they came to fix their own mess, their hoses ruined the newly done hardwood floors with scratches and scraped the new wallpaper. They poured water on the floors and scrubbed them such that they also buckled. Everything had to be redone. They would not accept responsibility, They literally RUINED the rooms they were in when they came to clean dust. Just dust. The crews tried to blame the A/V techs who were working in another part of the house and didn’t have any equipment on them but tablets for programming. But we quickly saw that lack of accountability starts with the owner, who has never called back. Upon researching how this company could have become so incompetent,, I learned they over priced services when people’s home insurance will pay. This once was an honest business. Now, it is NOT. It is a hazard to bring them into your home. It is corruption.

On Oct. 23, 2023, I had several items in my home cleaned. One item being my $2000 area rug which they almost ruined. We have dogs so I like to have it cleaned often. Dalworth has been my go to as they were just out 6/28/23 to clean the same area rug. I like it to be cleaned frequently. This time around has been a nightmare. Upon Dalworth leaving my home, they left a horrific odor throughout my home. I spent over $1000. I contacted Dalworth to advise them of the odor in my area rug and how it spread throughout my home in hopes that they would fix & make right. They returned 10/27, sprayed a deodorizer which took about 5 minutes & left. The same tech. Chris informed me if the odor in my rug does not go away I would have to have it cleaned in house for an additional cost at my expense. Needless to say I was not happy. After finally getting to speak to a manger that was a no show to inspect the issue he stated a refund would be provided via phone. Due to odor they caused, I had to contact another carpet company to try and fix the damages incurred by Dalworth which cost me an additional 607.87. I contacted Dalworth to advise them of the new charges I had to pay & asked that they cover the cost in the amount of $600. They of course refused.

They did a great job! I had them clean the commercial glue down carpet in my office (1700 sq. ft.) and a 9 x 12 wool Oriental rug in my waiting room. What once was dirty and worn looking is bright and shiny like new again! The technician was friendly and professional, and I appreciated that he wore a mask during the time that we were interacting, given the current pandemic situation. Well worth the money. Will hire again!

When I called to make an appointment I was given a specific quote with an email followup plus a reminder the day before the cleaning. Carlos showed up right on time and got with it and was done in under 1 1/2 hours. Treated some spots and high traffic areas at no additional charge as well as free deodorizing. The Econo special was just right for what we needed, so we are well pleased with the entire process and cost which was the exact amount quoted. No attempt was made to up sell us on any additional services which was very appreciated.

They came to clean the carpet and pick up an area rug. They only guaranteed the carpet would stay clean or they would come back and clean again IF I paid another $200. The stains were back in a month. I would not recommend this company. Too much upselling for no value. They also charged $500. for an area rug that only stayed clean for a month.

The servicemen were late to my house, and since they were late, they rushed the job. The cough came out ok, but I expected cleaner. I did report the lateness to the company and they did send a coupon in the mail for future service, which I thought was a nice gesture; however, I will not hire again.
