"The worker was about 30 minutes late. He promptly went to work pretreating the carpet with some sort of liquid cleaner. Then he went over the carpet with the suction equipment that left the rooms extremely wet. The spots did not come out of the carpet."

And the work was done the very next day. The man who cleaned our rugs was fantastic! He was very receptive to our dog as well! Eric was super helpful from the get go - gave clear carpet options and competitive price points based on our requirements. Once we picked a carpet type, he gave a clear contract, and project start and end date. His team came on the designated day and completed the task as planned. He later went over the warranty details and long term care of the carpet. Overall, a professionally well done job with with utmost focus on customer needs."
