We recently replaced our carpet and decided to use Ted's floors. We are glad we did. The process was seamless from start to finish. From the showroom to installation. Jose helped us select the right carpet and Homero spearheaded the rest. Their professionalism and customer service is beyond reproach. I highly recommend them. They are truly the big little store and treat you as family. Special shout out to Homero! He took time out side of the installation process to take care of some issues we had in other areas. Thank you!

Homero came to my house as scheduled on June 30th to inspect the project that I needed done. A good amount of time was spent discussing the 3 jobs with Homero, and he took measurements of the areas. He led me to believe that he would be providing a written quotation for the work. Two days later, I called Ted's Floor & Decor to make sure that he had my email address. I left the email address over the phone with Homero 's associate. The next day, Homero called me claiming he was trying to send the quotation but stated he was using the email address that Angie's List had for me which had the “.com” cutoff. I ask him did his associate give him my email address that I left for him the previous day. Also, I emailed my email address to him after I spoke to him on the phone. He responded by email with a comment. As of August 12th, no written quotation received. He took up a lot of my time when he came to my house. He should have just sent a message stating that his store was not interested in quoting.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Ted's Flooring! Homero was the sales person we worked with - he really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He communicated often, answered all our questions, and even brought extra samples to the house so we could see a larger area before ordering. The installers went above and beyond to keep things as clean as possible for us and our pets (despite the dust from tearing out tile), they cleaned every step of the way and were great at telling us the steps involved each day so we could prepare the night before. The final product is beautiful! We are SO pleased all the way around!

One of the best experiences we have had in home improvement projects. Our carpet had held up well but after 18 years it was time for a change. We visited a couple of the big box stores and was not impressed. A friend recommended Ted's and we can't thank her enough. This is very professional but friendly organization. The sales person took all the time needed to understand our plan and to offer suggestions to improve it (not up pricing but real improvements). He was able to come that day to the house for the measurements and the carpet was ordered shortly after that. They were able to support our requested install date with a team of very professional installers. They arrived on time and did not waste any time getting to it. Talk about a well organized team. Furniture was moving, old carpet was being pulled and the new was going in. The site was cleaned up at the end of the first day and they finished up ahead of time on the second day. Beautiful end result and a great experience getting there. Ted's is definitely the little shop that can. Price was great, sales was great, install was great and followup was great. Who could ask for more.

Needed a small amount, approx. 23 yds total to carpet an enclosed patio. He allowed us to take samples home and we ordered when we returned them. Installation was smooth and very professionally done. We'd do business with him again.

Homer was very efficient in showing and explaining to me the different types of carpets to choose from. The installers did a wonderful job installing the carpet and didn't leave a mess. They have installed both carpet and vinyl tile in other parts of our house in the past and they have always done a wonderful job.

It was an amazing experience! The flooring they helped me pick out was exactly what I wanted, the price was well within my budget and the installers were clean, respectful of our home, courteous and very highly skilled. They replaced every single room of flooring in our home and finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule! With better than anticipated results!

My kitchen and bathroom aren't very big, way less than 200 square feet. It's an old 1950s pier and beam house and the previous owner had these big tiles put down that would crack or come up when the house shifted. I called 9 different flooring companies and installers and each one of them said they couldn't help me after finding out how small the space was. Ted's was the only place that called me back. Homero arrived on time for our appointment with a lot of samples and we picked one out. He explained everything really well and measured our kitchen. To be honest I just wanted the tile gone and pointed at the first sample that looked okay, but he was very good in explaining everything. They installed it 6 days later and moved the stove, toilet, fridge, all that. Not a scratch on anything else. With all the banging I was sure there would be a hole in the drywall or dust everywhere, but there wasn't. Evidently Ted's has employees instead of contractors and they all seemed to know what they were doing. I was very impressed and will recommend them anytime anyone I know needs flooring services.

I needed new flooring throughout my home. Tile was cracked in bathrooms and hall. Original red oak, carpet, and two different laminate flooring made an annoying patchwork. I got quotes from several different flooring companies. I selected Ted's Floor and Decor due to a long history of reliable references, comparative value, and because his staff was most knowledgeable and conscientious. They were careful and trustworthy while removing patchwork flooring, repairing/preparing sub-floor, installing new tile, and installing/refinishing/finishing red oak flooring. Their excellent craftsmanship and professional response to my concerns resulted in beautifully finished natural red oak that matches throughout, flawless tile, and finely detailed transitions. Teds Floor and Décor were onsite the day after both catastrophe's happened. Not only were they prompt, but went out of their way to help me. New pad, tack strip and carpet were installed in one day. The most courteous and caring workers. Nothing but 5 star here.*****

Fantastic-The crew was on time, worked hard throughout the project, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was just perfect before they left. After the installation, we even received a call from Ted (the owner) to make sure we were happy with the final product and that the crew was professional and efficient. Love the fact that the owner actually follows up on the job to make sure his customers are not just satisfied but that they LOVE the product and install work. I highly recommend Ted's Floor and Decor -- not only are they a locally owned company, but the crews only work for Ted's and have really high standards.

We were Very Very Pleased with Ted's Floor & Décor in Sachse, Texas. Service from start to finish was just Excellent. They were on time for every appointment from estimate to installation. Great People - Great Job and Great Service. We were expecting two days of work and it was completed in one. Installers were very good and worked non-stop from 9am to 7pm.....All furniture was moved and replaced exactly where it had been !! No problems and no complaints !! I will definitely choose this company again for our next flooring project. I found Ted's on Angie's List and used them because of the reviews and the reviews were right on !! Most impressed and would highly recommend them. Thanks Ted & Jose and all your group !!!

They repaired the damaged flooring an also installed additional wood to a bath and hall. The installers were polite, hard working and professional. I only wish we knew about them earlier!

Ted and Jose were so pleasant to work with.  They gave us many good suggestions and helped us choose exactly what we needed.  They were responsive to our many questions and they delivered a beautiful product in a very timely and efficient manner.  The installers were very professional, polite and efficient.  They put everything back just like they found it.  I highly recommend Ted's Floor.

Prices, Install and service was great. 
We will be putting wood in the upstairs and will be using Ted's again for sure.
